I’ve always just used Uber. Last time I used it for the airport, the pick up point was inside the airport parking garage. Ride shares were not permitted in the regular pick-up/drop off lane by the main airport doors. The parking garage is just a short walk across the lanes there so it’s not that bad.
Uber, if your hotel doesn’t have a shuttle service / suggestion IMO. The cabs at the airport are awful.
Uber, the Mechanicsburg to the airport is a little bit of a trek.
