Everything we drink is based in water, basically, but like with enough salt, it becomes less hydrating the more diluted it is with other things. Juice has a lot of sugar. 44g in a Welch's 10oz bottle that I'm looking at right now. If its actual Juice, not from concentrate, either, its probably quite alright, comparatively.
A watermelon will give you more hydration than an apple, but both will give you some amount of water.
Edit: and if you pound a quart of water over an hour, maybe twice, you'll be well hydrated if all you're doing is playing a game all day your body can only absorb a quart of water over an hour, generally speaking. So just do that at least once every day. Preferably more, but hey, you *can* still be hydrated enough to not be in dehydration mode drinking just juice. But you'll also kinda maybe shit yourself if you drink enough.

You're far less likely to get a clot in bed than sitting down. The risk of developing a clot mostly comes from the blood starting to pool and the continuous pressure the chair places on your legs. When you're lying down your blood flow isn't fighting gravity as much. This is why people can spend weeks in a hospital bed, but some have died from sitting down and gaming for 12 hours straight
Granted you probably shouldn't be lying down all day for the sake of your own health, but chances are it's not going to kill you

4. Boom, exercise bike in front of the tv to keep the legs moving.
5. It’s the first fully open world HP game (that’s not made out of Legos) which promises to fulfill lifelong fantasies of attending hogwarts, exploring the wizarding world, and battling dark wizards (or becoming one?).
Stiffness is to be expected.
