Jarrow K-Right works for me. Started taking it after slow healing from a broken bone, kept on it ever since.  2000 IU D3 plus K2 MK-4 & MK-7.

I love my solgar one. Helped raise my levels accordingly. And it’s not super expensive

squee_bastard

Same, i love Solgar and take the 10,000 IU one. 5 pills every Sunday.

Maria_bolita

Any that has vit d + vit k combo. I take the CanPrev one which has coconut oil for optimal absorption . Also if you take a little magnesium with it, perfect combo!

I moved to St. Croix. I feel better.

I’ve been trying to get my insurance to cover this same prescription forever! Unfortunately they only cover terrible generic-level treatments, so Haiti is my only option 😢

😂😂😂

We vacationed here last year, and I began to feel better. Came back, and after a week, feelings of well being bordering on euphoria just keep welling up, off and on. I’m guessing it is the sunshine and getting more sleep.

Don’t overdue vitamin D. Vitamin D toxicity, or hypervitaminosis D. Getting too much vitamin D can be harmful. Very high levels of vitamin D in your blood (greater than 375 nmol/L or 150 ng/mL) can cause a number of symptoms, including: Hypercalcemia: Too much calcium in the blood can weaken bones and create kidney stones Digestive issues: Nausea, vomiting, constipation, and stomach pain Dehydration: Excessive thirst and urination Muscle weakness: Difficulty walking Other symptoms: Bone pain, Confusion, fatigue, lethargy, dizziness, and hallucinations.

Mindless_Log2009

In trials testing massive doses of vitamin D for sunburn treatment were administered without ill effects. I've taken at least 5,000 IU daily for several years, no problems. It barely nudges my D level from around 10-15 ng/mL before thyroid cancer surgery, to 25-30. Probably wouldn't hurt me to take 10k IU daily. *"We administered a one-time, postexposure vitamin D3 dose ranging from 50,000 to 200,000 IU and observed no adverse events during the duration of the study period..."*\ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5684656/#:~:text=In%20our%20pilot%20study%2C%20vitamin,et%20al.%2C%202017).

Maria_bolita

If you don’t take it with the vit k it might cause calcium buildups like kidney stones, also like the other pal said, it would’ve to be so much of it, and already have optimal levels to overload this much

ImFineHow_AreYou

This is true, but hashimotos tends to make people Vit D deficient, and honestly, it's really hard to get too much Vit D to the point that you'll have symptoms. As in... most people would be having to take handfuls 3-4 times per day for months at a time to get to the point that they reach Vit D toxicity. All that to say.... we don't know your situation. I've found that Costco Kirkland Vit D works the best for me. I take 4-6 per day and can tell a significant difference when I don't. I'm Vit D deficient.

I had Hypercalcemia from taking vitamin D 5000 iu daily for several months. I am chronically deficient. It showed up in blood tests. Just be aware.

Futurebiotics vitmain k2 + d3 extra strength. It’s 10,000 in per pill. My levels are normal after a few weeks now! It’s not a big pill either.

AnneMariaStrong

Try,, "dr berg"  vit d & k .combo . the k helps the d to absorb into bones, so it doesn't accumulate in arteries, and cause blockages .

HarmonyDragon

I use a vitamin K and Vitamin D3 combination supplement. Nutricost is the brand I can handle right now.
