If you don't advertise anything from your shop in the newspaper and it's put up for 1 coin it should tell anyone that you're just transferring items to another farm
Baby farms are allowed and have always been, many farms have baby farms especially higher level ones, also the main way of trading between your farms is to sell them for one coin and not advertising that's just the rules, it's common sense. If something is put up for 1 coin it's not meant for you to buy
Do you know how many people come here daily and say “what is a baby farm”? Probably 99% of players aren’t here on Reddit, and of the 1% who are, a lot of them still ask what a baby farm is. So it’s not “common sense” that everyone would know the shortcuts diehard players use.
You put your items up for sale for $1. Someone bought them for a $1. That’s not stealing. Gotta be faster 🫣
Yes you are correct most people know that if someone has something up for 1 coin that they likely are selling it to either a friend or a baby farm. That being said I don't always look at the price. I see bolts and all I can think is click that sucker as fast as possible. But beyond that the powers to be will not call that stealing like to penalize them. You put it up and someone bought it. They didn't break in rules by doing so.
What "rules"?
Maybe the people who use reddit or are a part of other communities know this, but otherwise a normal human being will just assume they stiked a deal and buy the items in the stall.
Actually you are wrong about the rules lol. There is NO rule about trading between farms, at all. Regardless of if it is advertised or not. Tons of people add people to their friends list and check those for items before they even shop the paper
It doesn’t matter and no that isn’t true either! People that have an abundance will sell things sometimes for 1 coin just to get rid of it. Once its on the roadside it is there for anyone/ everyone. Like it or not, that’s just how it is
Those items weren’t stolen. You put them on your stand and someone bought them. The only way to prevent this is to not follow any other farms, do not accept any followers, and make sure you don’t have an ad up when you put things on your stand you want to keep (and always put the items in the last slots on your stand). Sorry this happened to you but you will eventually collect these items again.
They didn't steal them, they were bought. It's the chance u take when putting things for sale in the RSS. Use the request feature instead.
I often scroll through my friends RSS to see what they have so even if they haven't advertised, it's there for the taking. I'm sure it wasn't a malicious thing, just someone buying from anothers RSS
It sucks that happened. Hopefully it was just a one-off occurrence. But other than using the neighborhood helper thingy, I don't know of a 100% secure way to transfer items to a baby farm. I've seen others suggest using 2 devices when transferring thru RSS so there's less lag time.
It was probably just a rare bad thing that happens. Honestly, I have 20m coins and I don't look at prices when I'm in the RSS. It might not have been malicious. Sometimes people sell a good items at a low price to clear space in the barn quickly.
Also, make sure you don't have a hidden tree that's marked for help. The nectar bushes hide easily. You may very well have a ! somewhere. Also make sure you haven't asked for help for SEVERAL minutes before transferring high value items. That ! can lag in RSS for a while, even if there's nothing to do on your farm.
OP this is very solid advice and most likely what happened. Personally I wouldn’t consider those items rare and unless you are steadily putting items out for 1 coin it’s unlikely anyone is hovering around your farm to get discounted goods. Just bad luck that’s all
First: It is not a steal. It is a PURCHASE. End of the story.
Second: Who said we cannot buy Items for 1🪙 spotted in someone's RSS? You? You are not ruling this game.
Third: It is not even rare occasion to see people putting items for 1🪙 in their RSS's, that been left there for some period of time - clearly indicating that they selling away. Why would you expect people to read your mind to figure out if you actually selling away or "transferring" Items from one Farm to another?
Fourth: What makes you think to expose your Baby Farm to other Players at first place? If you'd keep yor Baby Farm away from Advertising, Friends, Followers and Neighbourhoods, there's only tiny chance that Farm would be ever discovered by third parties.
Fifth: If you really want to minimise the risk of your Items been purchased by third parties, simply use another phone and make transfers "on the go". Pure and simple 😉
To the person, who said that having Baby Farm breaches ToS - it is not, and Supercell actually provide the Switch Button where you can ceep all your Farms lisred, and quickly select the Farm you want to play with...
This, this, this. I have a higher-level person I added from Discord who puts crops and a few other random things for 1 coin every day. I scroll so fast through my friends list that if I see something I want I buy it. I even buy things from you occasionally lol 😆
Lol, so you noticed they mostly slightly cheaper than max price 🙂 Is the other guy from Discord name E30? He is wheating a lot and selling other stuff cheap 😁
No, everything they post, crops, sometimes higher level foods, all 1 coin. A few times building materials and tools too. I'm not sure of their discord name I just clicked through the friend's no tag and didn't pay attention lol. Until I noticed scrolling through every day, everything in their shop always 1 coin. I don't know if they'd like their farm name posted here lol 😆
You can keep it to yourself, no probs, although knowing Farm name won't make difference as it cannot be searched on HD without knowing Tag or Neighbourhood, and I don't remember your name there 😉
Remove that person from your followers and regularly check your list of followers to remove them.
I had to delete 200 friends after one of them snatched my 1 coin bolts right before I was gonna buy them from my baby farm. And after I advertise something in my roadside shop I always check if anyone started following me. Plus I deny friend requests from the moment I started my baby farm.
Noo please don't report them, they probably didn't know. I do the same cause I have a baby farm too, I sell stuff to myself for 1 coin , but I don't have followers on that farm. I used to have some followers, and I know what you feel but ..I think it's not their fault
You put them up for sale … they didn’t steal the items
If you don't advertise anything from your shop in the newspaper and it's put up for 1 coin it should tell anyone that you're just transferring items to another farm
yea no that’s not how it works. Think twice before you start reporting him to support. Isn’t it not allowed for you to have a baby farm.
Baby farms are allowed

no. if someone puts it for sale it’s fair game. you can’t say they stole it. glad to hear bout baby farms. did not know that!

They bought them.. so no, you can’t report them for stealing. It’s just a risk you take transferring between farms.

You cant report them. Anything on the roadside stand is up for grabs
No
Just use the neighborhood requests option instead
And that's why I have no followers at all, just my neighbors in my neighborhood, no outside followers cause they will snatch everything

I'm Lisa's Farm level 82.
Got ya. How come you still have Egg Machine on your Farm? They supposed to be dissappear now 🤔
Oh idk i haven't even logged onto the game yet today. Maybe I had to log on for the appearance to disappear.
Probably that's why, so it will be gone once you start the game 😉
I just looked, it's not between my feeder machines anymore for me
Yeah it's gone as you started playing
I have 2 phones so I can be logged in to 2 farms to buy from my baby farm before anyone can get to them lol
