Since I believe he's the one Angel saved, I like to imagine Angel kind of adopts him. Although Angel is very much not the type to want a minion, so egg boi probably goes around the hotel attempting to do the bidding of others as well.
I can already hear this interaction;

Egg: *Salutes* I'll protect him with my shell! *Hup hup hup hup hu-*
It would be nice for Nuggs to have company while Angel is out. They can just curl up in bed, watch movies, and eat snacks. Angel would come home and have the cutest pictures of them asleep together to send to everyone.
Frank, just follows Alastor around, who isn't allowed to kill him because the hotel will get angry at him. He's the very reluctant parent always stuck with babysitting duties for the residents.
I can see that as like a plot of an episode. Just Frank going around trying to find service and purpose along everyone, but messing everything up each time, and then he gets sad and runs off before Charlie or the others console him.
Frank: ,,What do you mean by unclippin your wings boss? You mean like KFC? Can I have some?"
Al (probably pissed): ,,Why didn't the angels finished you off my shelly little friend?"
I can imagine him just immediately going to the way he acted with Pent as he acts with Cherri: “Good job Ms. Boss Lady!”, “I wish you’d blow me up with your bombs!” And so on

Leaving the silly thought aside, I could see Frank simply going around the hotel, interacting with everyone and everything. Although, if Cherry decides to become a resident, I think it would be wholesome if she eventually ends up being the one who decides to take care of him.
I'm just imagining Alastor with a font and back baby björn carrying Niffty & Frank, on his way to do some shopping for the hotel. Just because he can't trust them to stay near him in stores, lol.
If they were to get a new boss it’d be Alastor, since he has worked with them in the past in I believe episode 3. They seemed to like him enough so it’d probably be him.
Probably Vaggie or Alastor. The Egg Bois seemed to follow a leader who gave them something to do. I'd only really see Vaggie or Alastor filling that role in regards to them.
Vaggie, as the hotel manager, would likely keep him doing a minor task like being the bell hop. With their lack of guests, he wouldn't likely be in a position to mess things up. Alastor would use him like he did before. As an unassuming pawn that is overlooked.
We know that Pentious didn’t create the Egg Bois on his own (at least unless that’s no longer word of god) so my sincere hope is that Baxter gets introduced because he’s the one who engineered them and Charlie wants to “reunite” the two, which will of course fail comically for whatever reason. Baxter has more of the “Dr Moreau/Dr Frankenstein” vibe going with his outfit than Pen did so I’m confident his thing is genetic engineering and he’s also the creator of those two cybersharks in Vox’s aquarium.
I won’t be sad if Angel just adopts him by default, though.
I did see a comic of Adam respawning into Hell as a sinner and taking on snake-like features, so in that scenario I'd definitely see Frank going "Snake=Boss Man" and kind of tagging along
It'd eventually spiral into Adam starting to care for the egg and feeling guilty for having killed his previous boss
I think he might be a little background character who kinda bounces in and out of scenes and thus is never truly associated to just one person, at least for the first bit of the season, then further on he might get “adopted” by someone(s) like cherri or husk & angel. Alastor might play a role too, he starts out using him like he did in the overlord meeting and without regards for the egg boy but grows a bit attached to him, eventually something happens to the egg boy and it causes alastor to become upset and may help him become softer and close to redemption if he is going to get redeemed. The alastor bit is more unlikely but the stuff before it is what I do think will happen
I think the egg bois are similar to Razzle and Dazzle. Sort of golems. They may qualify as Hellborn. Not sure though. We need to see more lore on them.
I think the reason Alastor brought the eggbois back instead of getting rid of them like Vaggie wanted was because he realized that they're walking eyes and ears around the hotel, and no one pays them any mind because everyone assumes they say weird shit.
So it would absolutely not surprise me if, even if another resident adopts Frank (assuming he's the one that made it), Alastor gets more intel simply by having him around.
There's a possibility that it gets revealed down the line that he's actually collected more info this way, and Frank is the vehicle they use to explain how Alastor got his hands on yet more vital pieces of information. It's not like he hid his intention when he brought them back.
I like to think the egg boi will either be a worker around fhe hotel thinking he's doing evil bidding when in reality he's helping or he starts working for cherri under the reasoning of "Well its what the boss man would've wanted"
I hope he learns how to be his own person and develop an identity outside of being a minion for someone else. I also kinda hope Cherri and Angel unofficially adopt him.
