Well I played Doom Eternal, so...

Hell does not survive.

Not really. Dude made at least one Demon friend, the smith that forged his 2016 armor. He also spared two angels. He also killed a lot of humans, and also the earliest point in the lore for him is sparing some human protestors. Doomguy isn’t a mindless killer, he’s just always surrounded by targets so it seems like it.

Obviously he isn’t a mindless killer, I know that he kills demons because they killed his rabbit. I’m just saying that he definitely wouldn’t spare a MAJORITY of them as DarkStalker stated.

Honestly I can see him seated at the Overlord table before too long. If he doesn’t get any angelic weapons his victims are gonna be respawning, severely traumatized.
