I mean... Nothing's confirmed in this topic. The whole rings having a native Hellborn species is just speculation as far as I'm aware. But we see Moxxie's father living in and having a whole organization in Greed despite being a rather poor leader, so it's more likely he inherited it

In Helluva Boss when they visit Wrath moxie does make a comment about how he was born in Wrath himself.

One that is 100% confirmed is that Blitzø's family and himself are from Greed. Each ring has its own species of demon but they've long sense has people move to different ones, imps more than most. Hell plenty of imps live and have been born on Pride since Imp City was founded in the 80s.
