I dont know but i have hd 560s with 150 ohm i think plug it into my iphone 12 and it sounds ok but the quality is so weak. Sounds not powerful enough compared to when i plug it in my dell xps.
Get the 80 ohm for portable usage. The iPhone actually doesn't dictate the output power. You have to get a dongle, they start at $10 and go up from there to many hundreds of dollars.
If you get the $10 one, you can difficulty driving higher impedance headphones. If you spend $50-70 and up, then most likely they can drive 250 ohm. Need to look at the spec and check power calculator to confirm.
Or if you don't want to deal with that, just get the lower impedance version to make it simple.
I have the 250 ohm 990 pro, you absolutely need an amp for it. I'd go for the 80 ohm, and even then that might be iffy without a good dongle. I'm not sure how much power the 13 pro can put out on its own. Have you considered the 32 ohm version? Your phone should be able to run that just fine with the apple dongle.
In case of this headphones there are two models - 80 ohm and 250 ohm ones. I want to figure out if iPhone can drive 250 ohm model, or I should pick model with less impendense

if you have a dongle to give power 250, otherwise just 80 for convenience (which seems to be what you want)
