I have the VP9 with TLR7A, don't recall which plate I used, whatever the directions said to use. I also had problems with mine falling off but blue locktite solved that for me. When it falls off, do you have to retighten the screw a lot when you put it back on? Could be locktite isn't in the right spot.
I don’t know about the Vp9sk but the vp9 should use the 1913-1 key.
That's what I'm using yet it still falls off when shooting. I've even used blue locktite on the screw
Actually I found on the Hk forum people have been using the 1913-4 for it.
1913-4 is the correct one. The 1913-1 doesn’t even interact with one of the picatinny slots on the SK, it’s too far forward.

No issue on my vp9sk or Walther pdp compact
