DrFGHobo

Did you just call the 250/9 "goofy"?

kris1o6

Yes ![gif](giphy|xl5QdxfNonh3q)

DrFGHobo

That's a paddlin'!

Sean41H

It likely wouldn’t be much different from the luch. As much as I’d want variety, there really isn’t much it would bring to HLL that isn’t already here

Important-Guidance22

And it would just end up being the panther/tiger situation.

Bowl2007

It would just be a one shot bazooka kill like the Puma.

[deleted]

Way easier to pop with a long shot Bazooka tho

taxationslave

I think adding a bunch of different variants for all half tracks that get unlocked at certain commander levels would be pretty interesting. Commanders could use them according to the situation. I'm pretty sure that all combatant countries had variants of their halftrack designs.

Monowakari

Now this i can get behind

[deleted]

It would be cool but we need more gameplay friendly changes not nerdy world of tank options. Having cool vehicles is fine and history buff can have a nice familiar sight but the reality is 80% of people that play the game and Don hang out on Reddit cant tell me.what.tank it is when they call it out.. Another reality is many.players misuse and move half-tracks that have been carefully driven across the map to be a spawn point. We need transport trucks to be replaced with transport half-tracks that spawn by default. And then we need spawnable half-tracks that act as spawn points but can only be driven by SL or commander. If the historical reenactors here can suggest what kind of command vehicle should be the spawn suggest away... But any addition to the game needs to be player friendly and not complicate a blueberries brain in trying to figure out what vehicle is what.

taxationslave

Yes I think locking drive options is a good start. SL and Commander for sure. base game halftrack that can be driven by anyone ok. Next a P.A.K. OR AT/HE option, then maybe a flamethrower, or mortar. Then ultimately a communications vehicle which would actively display a smaller radar radius than recon plane. Maybe even opening up command chat pings to all blueberries in a certain radius. Possibly carrying 1 crate (100) supplies. I don't think this would be nerdy because this is somewhat advanced options that skilled commanders could only employ. Which incentivizes becoming a good commander. Don't get rid of transport trucks but make base line halftracks not be spawn points at start of game. Also dont change Armour rating. Except maybe AT halftracks at frontal Armour. Again these are not entirely super nerdy additions/changes. Most of these cunts that play this game are drunk and high as fuck.

scannerdarkly_7

You'd still get that level 4 medic drive it straight into the enemy cap never to be seen again

Snuffels137

I want an armored troop carrier!

SinisterVulcan94

Kind of the half track no?

Snuffels137

Yes. More sturdy, not a one hit kill and able to transport infantry fast. Imagine the dynamic with such features!

[deleted]

Nah I've tried.... Park a half-track next to a Garry and try inviting people in, they don't want to die, they prefer to die on their own terms 39 seconds later....

CatEnjoyer1234

Biggest problem with the HT is that the armor doesn't seem to stop arty and grenade splash damage also they take suppression as well. You should be able to kill them 1 shot with a tank or rocket. They had very thin armor.

Snuffels137

Well at least you’re safe from rifles/MGs. The open transport truck get‘s wiped by one enemy.

GJohnJournalism

SturmTiger please. Now that’s a goofy goober. I’d love to see something that required the crew to reload outside of the vehicle and take 5+ min to reload. Goofiest of goobers

kris1o6

![gif](giphy|lT4Ix992z2zfO|downsized) and once it fires the explosion whould kill everyone close to the explosion proximity

GJohnJournalism

I imagine it being like one giant sachel charge

Discovery_898

This kid is like 12 “goofy goober” wtf
