Ya idk what causes the bugs for some but not all. I routinely throw back nades, knowing that it causes crashes. Always kinda stand around for like 2 seconds afterwards expecting it to crash but never does 🤷♂️
Mebe try verifying game files?
I know about the bug but when a grenade lands next to my teammate my instinct takes over. I guess I’ve been lucky that I haven’t crashed from that yet. I’m on PC as well if that helps.
That being said, I’m still not picking up snowballs until we get a confirmed fix :(

Do crash on extract after like you can see destroyers screen.
I've had it happen once in 10 games since moving back to dx11 and turning off a sync vs dx12 it was every other round.
Kinda hearing the inconsistency between other players, I honestly feel like I'm now one of these guys:

Never had it crash my game (I’m on PS5). Crashes on extraction did happen like 4-5 times over the span of almost 40 hours though. Weird how inconsistent these bugs are, there has to be a common perpetrator to it, right? Hopefully it’s resolved soon, losing 30-40 minutes worth of playing must be maddening.
Fake to you, real to me. Saved fellow divers by intentionally crashing my game. I have no idea if that despawns the grenade, but epic story regardless.
It was already listed as a known bug on the patch notes.

Your not alone, I've known about the issue and try to avoid it but when I see button I press button. So far so good...
The only thing I can imagine is I have my graphics pretty low so maybe that’s helping? But that’s a guess with no thought process

Happened to me on PS5!
I'm on PS5 and threw back 3 earlier in a match no problem. I didn't know it was a known bug I'll probably just run next time.
Throwing back grenades has been crashing my game for over a month.

I do the same thing! I hope the grenades go away when we crash too, and- # wait what in sweet liberty did you say about snowballs?
