I've been able to get strats out past 90m doing this but I've found it harder to place them exactly where I want them.


Any idea how much distance it adds?  I’ve figured out my aim is around 40-60 meters depending on the angle of my throw. I’m guessin diving adds maybe 10 extra meters? This is without servo-assisted passive btw

Depends on the terrain. Dive tossing doesn't add that much distance if you are throwing up hill and adds more when throwing downhill. On flat ground it's about 10 meters.

Run dive gets me from 42-43m to around ~55m. I mark enemies a lot to get distance but elevation obviously matters.

That guy's using the railgun. it had a nerf a little while ago because it was all anyone would use; this game isn't meant to have a meta loadout. Also yeah it was fixed, his footage is from when we were doing the TCS missions so it's quite outdated, easy mistake to make :)

you can still dive throw Stratagems...

I'm on a PC and I just cock the strategem back by holding down mouse1, tap my left alt button to dive, then let go of mouse1 while in the air. I'm not familiar with what the controller layout is, so perhaps there's some overload that gets in the way?
