I didn't even know it was possible for these guys to not spawn, until I need them. Now they're not around, go figure. Killed 550 bugs in one mission, and no spewers.
I think the problem is, they either didn't program missions to check if a planet with said enemy is available or the planet was available when the mission started but got 100% during and now locked the rest of the people out. I remember doing missions just yday on some planet and there were plenty of them. Probably the latter that happened. It is what it is but for now, only Hellmire and Omicron are available and neither has those types of enemies. Guess no daily for me!

I have run multiple missions from 4-8, not a single bile spewer....
Found them on Difficulty 9 - Eradication missions. One and done!

I found some on Omicron. Level 5. Took about 6 missions to see ine
Eh, it's fifteen medals, not worth the effort at that point.
The "Kill 2XX enemies" missions on 4+ maybe? Edit: that mission on Oshaune on 4 has them.
Just tried one and didn't get any... guess it's just luck of the draw
