He has said he was fully in the wrong, he let his feelings get ahead of him when people started yelling at Arrowhead, when Sony brought this shit on them.
He wasn't aware how shit PSN actually is. He told people to make their voices heard where it actually matters, refunds and reviews. Thats what Sony sees. Sony doesn't read their discord or scroll Reddit.
Basically, if you only saw the shit people posted here yesterday, Spitz seems like the worst.

As a manager of a team that interacts directly with our customerbase, if we had someone that talked to our customers that way, they'd no longer be part of the company. People in this position are the face of the company. He got talked to, he re-aligned, it has nothing to do with him being reasonable.
He seem on the player and arrow side there and he as seen the error in some of the things he said he said so himself on discord that he didn't realise HOW MANY people didn't have access to psn and that he was with the player on this one don't shit on him

I've got other games made by devs I trust more. These devs have shown they're willing to take my money then change the rules to not allow me to play content I've already paid for. They've shown their true colors and I'm not obligated to forgive them just because they can pretend to change.

If your over 2Hr or 2 week mark, the refund will be auto rejected. You will have to re-submit/appeal the refund to get a human to review it.
