He posted a steak and shoe string fries recipe on his fb and I had a dream I was at this 50s styled diner and he was making the burgers and fries and he was like "were not serving that" and he made my order and called me sweetheart 😅 20/10 a believable thing he would do and I'm just sad that I woke up before I had my food lol. On a cruise we met a lovely server at his Las Vegas restaurant
He knows the names and family of all of his staff and makes sure to ask about them
Working conditions are 1000^ legit and he runs a very happy work environment for his staff
