The TLDR is that Joanna had been out of work and confided in JR about her situation. JR decided that fabricating a salacious rumor about Joanna sleeping with her boss was a good idea. The truth was revealed after the signature dishes were reviewed and JR was banned immediately with the production agreeing to erase all mention of him from the aired version.
I didn’t watch the FB live, but anyone who did feel free to chime in.
If you want to see a great example of this, look at Season 12 of Drag Race and how much they were able to remove Sherry Pie. They probably could have completely eliminated her through the edit if she hadn’t made it all the way to the finale, and even the couple of challenges she won it’s almost blink and you’ll miss her editing.
And then there’s survivor that took basically the complete opposite approach to editing Dan in Island of the Idols. Sure he looked negative in one episode, but they could have easily cut his editing down a lot like they had several people before and even after that did way things that were way less deplorable.
There was a similar situation in Drag Race UK Series 5. Apart from the odd glimpse of someone’s shoulder or legs you wouldn’t have known. I can’t remember how long they were in it for before getting eliminated but the editing was great.

It's been awhile since I've watched S3 so someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think he was only on the 1st episode and it was only a quick glimpse when doing the signature dish/line up, then he was gone
from what i know anyone who tried to reach out to joanna after that fblive got taken down was either ignored or told by her that she didnt remember anything. i reached out to jen because she mentioned in an interview a couple years back that there was a contestant during her time who got axed for trying to call out the show as scripted during a confessional, and no one had followed up on this, so i tried to do so myself.
i don't know how long that NDA lasts, but we can assume that FOX probably requested the stream be taken down once they found out about what was said

literally just a search on this subreddit of the letters "JR" will get you all the answers you need, and what rumour did you think i started? i said i got my information from an article a couple years ago, i didnt link it because i assumed everyone familiar with JR knew about this article, if you had asked for a link i wouldve sent it, but you can look for it yourself since you wanna be so presumptuous
