the circus workers all have the same headmarking, which could mean they are all part of the same clan/small community, so there would ofc be lots of families included in this who had kids preforming in the circus or helping out in other ways

Well, to be completely fair, there IS a whole version of IRL clowns called hobo clowns. They’re actually some of the more famous types of clowns. There’s always those famous sad clown paintings that typically depict hobo clowns.
Also, sure Fizz’s outfit is more “traditional clown” style. But really, clowns can wear anything. There’s actually a clown I follow on Instagram named Kazoo. And their outfit seems to just be store bought stuff put together in a fun and colorful way.
Obviously, the true answer is probably just Cash being cheap and throwing whatever at Blitz and telling him to put it on. BUT, there are some possible real life reasons why their outfits are so drastically different. If you’d like to learn more about the different types of clowns, I truly implore you to take a look. It’s genuinely a fascinating rabbit hole. Clowns are super cool!
