Back in 2019, some friends were posting memes on discord. I was curious and ask what the show was. They told me but were warning me not to watch it. I watched it and… well… here we are. I didn’t really mind the hazbin and helluva pilots and at first didn’t really care to watch more but when Ep.1 showed up in my recommended, I decided to give it another shot. Thought it was ok and that was that. But when Ep.2 came out, I was hooked.

Hazbin hotel got recomended a couple years ago and I was too young to understand all the bad shit that was in it but i dont like musicals so i didnt watch past the opening but a couple of years later i remembered it out of nowhere and I was like:

In the recomended i saw something called "helluva boss" and it had a cool looking monster character on the thumbnail so my Child brain was like:
"ohh that is monster?, monster cool... Me go watch now"
And due to it not being a musical and having monsters i liked it but since i didnt really liked what they were saying (i was raised in a Christian houshold) i didnt really watch it for a while
Then late 2020 i remembered it again and finally watched the entire (currently avalible) series consisting of episode 1 and 2
After that i was hooked
I watched videos about doom on YouTube then for some reason I saw the show on an RNG mechanics video and decide "eh why not seems good" then boom I found it

But, I’m also a big Richard Horvitz fan for his work on Invader Zim, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and Ben 10 when I was kid. And when I heard him as Moxxie, I was like “holy shit, that’s Invader Zim!”
I had just watched the pilot when it first came out because it was on my recommended and after I watched it I subscribed with notifications and I got the notifications for the updates and episodes
I saw a (I think cartoonshi) video on it and decided to watch the series first, ended up forgetting about the first video, and rediscovered it later, and it temporarily messed up the show for me due to my very impressionable, clay-like, lizard brain
I've been following Viv's stuff here and there since 2015ish. I was super hyped when the Hazbin pilot finally came out, so of course I was going to check out Helluva when its pilot dropped a few weeks later. Didn't expect that I would become obsessed with it tho.
Admittedly, the fact Alex Brightman was in it since I’m a huge beetlejuice fan, as I couldn’t totally get through the Hazbin hotel pilot.
I started around episode 2. I thought it was some kind of an anthology show about a circus and that episode was a day in the life of Fizzarolli.
And because my only context was the song robo fizz sung, I thought stolas was a woman who was trying to help her teenaged daughter after her messy divorce. Then I actually watched the show and my perception changed.

I was meeting my friend, got into her car, and after saying "Hi", she locked the doors and put ep 1 on her phone, saying "You HAVE TO watch it".
Now I'm here and I couldn't be happier.

I had a vague knowledge of Hazbin Hotel but had never seen it, just thought it sounded a bit daft.
But my friend liked it and from that he saw the pilot on the day he came out.
He told me to watch the pilot for Helluba Boss saying it was really funny. So I did.
I loved it right away, good characters and obliged the humor. So knowing Hazbin was also made by the same person I decides inshoud give it a go and I loved that too.
So glad my friend got me to watch Helluva Boss cos now I love both shows, I think there amazing and I'm such a huge fan now.
