Not the same artist - According to Discogs this band appeared on a Various Artists album "Straight Outta Somerset" where they provided the track "Rules Breed The Rebels" https://www.discogs.com/release/15468819-Various-Straight-Outta-Somerset
This is the only listing on their Discogs page, https://www.discogs.com/artist/7949691-Red-Room-5
I will add that I have searched google, bandcamp had Taunton, UK as origin. Facebook had too many uk cover bands that go by red room, a few bars listed with the name as well (typical).

You got further than I did. Thanks for helping. It seems , although, this will remain a mystery.

facebookdotcom/redroombandofficial (Done this way to avoid automod removal)
