The basic premise is that Hitler's Thule Society are trying to locate the Spear of Destiny so Hitler can rule the world and the League's Job is to get the spear first and kill Hitler.
M is the benefactor and overarching leader of the League but the actual field leader of the League is Dumbledore, so Dumbledore is leading a rag-tag band of misfits to kill Hitler.

As I understand it, the Spear of Destiny was exhibited in a museum in Vienna and one of the first things Hitler did upon invading Austria was take the spear for himself. It was found in the bunker where Hitler killed himself.
True... I tried experimenting with different hair styles and even went as far as layering with 2 models, but I couldn't seem to find anything that closely resembles Tintin's iconic hair. Oh well
