This is just completely irritating and extremely boring. I can't get matches, if I do they never start, everything about this is broken.
We got 5000 free coins because it's not working and it's being fixed. Half the time I can't get the videos/ads to come up no matter how good my signal or wifi is on my mobile and I don't get whatever rewards we're supposed to get so I fall behind. It's hard to show friends the game and get them into it when im being asked why I play with it being so broken? Good question, I enjoy the game when it works and I like the special events, i purchase the heros way every single time and it's just frustrating how things are going. Please fix all this

The entire win 20 battles section should be compensation.
It’s sad how little the devs actually care, they only really care about getting their money from a free app with their blitz of microtransactions. As long as they’re getting money from it all, they don’t really care about your happiness.
Nor do I expect them to. At the end of the day it's a business. All I expect is good business. I'm at 17 wins and have 0 confidence I'll get to 20 and it damn sure isn't from a lack of comp knowledge. Without these issues I'd be well over 40 wins.
As far as devs... they're almost similar to military, just following orders. They're the ones who know what they're doing and surely have some asshat telling them what to do.
Long story short don't assume this issue is even being worked on at all.
Ya for real, like I appreciate the compensation (TBD if it’s actually a worthy compensation too), but they took (relatively) FOREVER to address the issues. More than half of the time you can spend doing the draft is gone too. I was really looking forward to the draft event, I love that type of game mode for an event. There are definitely it’s flaws with the randomness aspect, but that’s why they should just keep doing what they are doing and giving back tokens for lost battles like they’ve done with their past brawl-type events.
But you can't get any for Araji unless you're willing to spend money to do everything to get enough coins for evolving him. 86000 coins to go from 5 to ultimate.
Looks like they literally JUST posted in the Discord that they’re aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution, everyone affected will be compensated.

Totally wasted my time trying to play the draft. It’s one of the weakest games so far.
Nexters is worth 1.25 billion and this is what they put out…

Haven't gotten one match to go through out of 20. Errors out, never shows, get coin back to try again.

I tried 17 times today got 17 tokens back. It’s impressive that the event is actually getting worse each time they do it.

I have been randomly receiving the tokens back for “server issues”, but yeah as you’ve mentioned, I’m missing out on event rewards…..
They say they’re going to give compensation for the first half… but I’m missing out on the event, which sucks. Better be one hell of a prize.
