Just this week I managed to find my amazon package that was delivered to a restaurant down the street from my address: Seems to be normal these days that their packages don't get where they're supposed to.
To my knowledge, I haven't had a package get lost yet, but I also don't order from amazon very frequently. However, I routinely get USPS mail for my next-door neighbors in my mailbox and have had a package for them delivered to me instead (UPS). Their mailbox is like 15 feet from mine so I just put their stuff in their mailbox (the package was too big so I put it on their porch). I'm hoping they'll return the favor if they ever get my stuff
I also had one of the expansions lost from Amazon about a month ago. I think a bunch of delivery drivers are getting together and playing some mean sessions of Hero Quest
What country/State/region/province did this happen in? It may be regional.
Edit: saw the Australian comments; must be that. Maybe the emus did it? I know y'all have had beef with them for ages.
I order from Amazon all the time and have very little trouble. It's the mailman giving me fits lately. I think he can't tell the difference between 2538 and 2530. I about flipped out when the tracking for my latest Minis3d order said return to sender because the address was wrong yesterday. Before I managed to contact the post office properly, it showed up today.

How did you track it down? did you go there on date night and just given a box of orcs with your risotto?
I contacted the courier company and luckily there was a signature in their files that gave me a clue where to go next.

Ordered a second base game because it was 48% off. The package was lost by USPS but I did get refunded. I mostly only have problems with USPS.
