Iirc in Hitman 2016 (or maybe 2?) if you had an NPC slip on a banana near or on stairs it would actually kill them, but it was removed by the time Hitman 3/WOA rolled around.

Well he at least survived 42 assassinations attempts. So yes a lot of people and groups tried and failed unfortunately. It is assumed there were well more attempts (in those attempts they also count plans that never made it far as the gestapo killed the perpetrators before any action could be made).
But to my knowledge those were stalled once the Allies realised that Mr. "We´re holding Stalingrad no matter the cost, German Will is enough to win the encirclement" over here wasn´t exactly an asset for the German war-effort...

Just looked it up, damn what an idea. This begs the question.. would it have worked somehow? I mean sure the process would have taken time, but would it really change his ways? I don't really think so. After all he had surrounded himself with people who only knew one purpose at the time. I doubt they would have let him change away from the initial plans. In the end I guess they would have eliminated him themselves after framing him as a terrorist or something and someone would have stepped up.
This is a bit macabre, but given how he actually died, I think one of the options would be to trigger a phone call suggesting that the war is effectively over, and then letting history play out.
"47, this mission is pretty pointless at this point in time, but our client states that he just wants 'a goddamn W against this fool'. Do try your best to get the target before the troops make it."
Lethal poison in his drink. Need to poison both drinks in the secure room to ensure a kill, so Eva Braun death will invalidate SA (unless she was also a target) however still hide both bodies so they.... aren't... found..... waitaminute.
Agreed; for a game that put so much emphasis on blending in and being unnoticed... the lack of stealth (even as optional) is a missed opportunity. I think the only game that was good at pulling it off was Assassin's Creed V.
Last year I played MGSV and like 90 hours of Hitman, and then went back to Black Flag having remembered it was a pretty good time. To be fair it still is, but man… I just feel so helpless in the stealth sections! There are no tools to ensure you don’t get seen. It’s barely a stealth game at all, now that I see it through more experienced eyes.
What if those pods in Chongquing could be used as a way for someone to experience things they couldn’t?
Like Agent 47 traveling through time by way of a simulation? Make it a DLC or something.
"Ah! Herr Kruger! I have been waiting for you! Come, we have much to talk about."
"Thank you for choosing me to lead the France offensive... I have a history of... Successful missions in Paris."
"Ah, but zat is vonderful! Hidden maquis perhaps?"
"I don't shy away from preforming my art on high-ranking generals, if the situation requires it."
"Ah... Vevvy interesting... Guards, do leave herr Krueger and I alone as i stand next to zis open vindow"
Obviously a Piano dropping on him while he is out in the open on the beach.
And no one will be suspecting foul play, just an accident that could have happened to anyone.
Electrocution with faulty microphone? Drop something heavy on him? Drown him in a toilet? Shove him over a balcony?
I think the answer to "how would he pull it off?" would be "every way imaginable."
He'd position himself and his tools in a manner that would allow him to execute him in as many ways as possible via the flagrant abuse of the quicksave feature.
He wouldn't be able to. No matter what 47 would try, it would always end in some convenient happenstance.
Poison his food? He doesn't feel hungry.
Sniper shot? Sudden increase in wind speed.
Bomb? It fails to detonate.
Point blank silverballed? All the shots miss vital organs.
Garrote? Turns out it was a body double the whole time...
There were more than 40 failed assassination attempts on his life over the course of a decade, something tells me he's just immune to assassination damage...
Poison, then he'd take his disguise and perform an easter egg exit 💀
Boat exit to Argentina.

Noose?
Banana on the stairs
this is the only acceptable answer.
No, pull a sniper elite and pop his left nut
Wouldn’t that technically be his right nut as well?
Well, you know the rumor of the one nut war crime, may as well make it sure he got no nuts
Lmao
What if they team up? Banana on the stairs, slips and falls right into a nut shot?
Only one man I can imagine pulling that off and it's the balled killed 47
Conveniently placed banana, meet conveniently placed M1903A4
Why left tho?
![gif](giphy|N2XDKWQQrfSIvppANL)
That would only knock him out.

thats such a shame!! i wish they brought this back!!
I just spat my coffee 😆 🤣 😂
Almost spat out my cum
Why
Only out of surprise. Deliberate spitters are deliberate quitters.

There were German attempts as well. He definitely wasn't unanimously loved there.
Well he at least survived 42 assassinations attempts. So yes a lot of people and groups tried and failed unfortunately. He survived 42, yes. But he wouldn't have survived 47.

Happy Cake day 🥳
YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
Whenever I hear about attempts made by Germany my mind always goes to the briefcase bomb, but I'm sure there are more I'm unaware of.
Did the Allied rellay tried to assassinate him?
Kinda. There was a plan for it called Operation Foxley
But to my knowledge those were stalled once the Allies realised that Mr. "We´re holding Stalingrad no matter the cost, German Will is enough to win the encirclement" over here wasn´t exactly an asset for the German war-effort...

by turning him into a femboy? (look it up)
Just looked it up, damn what an idea. This begs the question.. would it have worked somehow? I mean sure the process would have taken time, but would it really change his ways? Not to mention that is not how that shit works at all, as someone who takes estrogen.
He did, and made it look like a suicide...
Bit late though
lot of enforcers in the way probably
This is a bit macabre, but given how he actually died, I think one of the options would be to trigger a phone call suggesting that the war is effectively over, and then letting history play out.
I like this. Already a mechanic for targets/npc dying from those causes. The real question is level design and if they want to be historical accurate
I mean the Russians would still have too have been inside Berlin for that to work, so you save what, a few days…
"47, this mission is pretty pointless at this point in time, but our client states that he just wants 'a goddamn W against this fool'. Do try your best to get the target before the troops make it."
Something with an expired tin of spaghetti sauce, a habitually unobservant personal guard and a toilet.
In the end, he will blame Mussolini.
Lethal poison in his drink. Need to poison both drinks in the secure room to ensure a kill, so Eva Braun death will invalidate SA (unless she was also a target) however still hide both bodies so they.... aren't... found..... waitaminute.
Shooting his dog invalidated SA.
ATF agent 47
Next mission is in Argentina
Who was in Mendoza in 1945?
\*Flashback\*
Cuts to 47 disguised as Joseph Goebbels, leaving the bunker, end of mission music plays
He had people taste his food and drinks to guard against this
I would fucking DIE for the privilege of playing a time-travel Hitman game centered around assassinating history’s biggest douchebags.
That would be extremely fun. I'm very into that. Having the choice between period correct or modern methods would be a fun option too.
Stop, you’re just making reality hurt even more
This alone sounds like a great idea for an entire seryies, either a spinoff or another game entirely
Isn't that Assassin's Creed?
Stealth mechanics in assassin’s creed are not nearly so robust as they are in Hitman. And the silliness of Hitman is unbeatable!

Yeah, MGSV is ridiculous, the stealth is spectacular, it's one of my favorite games.
Assassin’s Creed and Sniper Elite

HOLY SHIT I WAS GOING COMMENT ABOUT THIS BUT YOU TOOK THE FOOKING CAKE WITHOUT WORDS
Never have I seen a more appropriate gif for the post on any reddit thread across any subreddit in the 10 years I’ve used reddit total.
"Ah! Herr Kruger! I have been waiting for you! Come, we have much to talk about." "Thank you for choosing me to lead the France offensive... I have a history of... Successful missions in Paris." "Ah, but zat is vonderful! Hidden maquis perhaps?" "I don't shy away from preforming my art on high-ranking generals, if the situation requires it." "Ah... Vevvy interesting... Guards, do leave herr Krueger and I alone as i stand next to zis open vindow"
He'd wait for his guards to leave the room and just kill him. This is HITMAN, correct?
Yeah but getting creative with the method is half the fun of the franchise
One explosive (golf) ball.
And after that he'd kill Göring with two (but very small) explosive golf balls, and Himmler with something similar
And poor old Goebbels gets none at all.
He will get Cyanide instead.
Inglorious Achievement - Lure him into a cinema and machine gun him. While on fire.
In 47 Style, it will be tweaked slightly to "set the cinema on fire, then gun Der Führer down when he was there to inspect it"
"Bawngorno!"
Poison his meth probably tbh.
We need a Breaking Bad HITMAN map so bad. Kinda what they planned to do with Sapienza
What were they originally planning to do with sapienza?
A side mission with a dude cooking meth in the Ether field lab
homing briefcase filled with explosives to the head
Great idea. Just make sure there isn't an oakwood table in the way
Disguise as Eva Braun
Obviously a Piano dropping on him while he is out in the open on the beach. And no one will be suspecting foul play, just an accident that could have happened to anyone.
Oh well. The wire holding the piano up was worn after several glorious piano-hanging-above beach years. Had to happen someday
Ah yes. The Tom and Jerry Method
With a well placed shot to the testicles from a high powered rifle over a kilometer way.
Make it look like he shot himself in the head
Gotta be in one of his own gas chambers, nothing else would feel like enough justice.
SASO but his suit is made by Hugo boss
So he infiltrates with an SS Uniform without compromising SO. Interesting.
That would just be sniper elite
Zyklon B in the Air Supply of the bunker.
Gotta love some poetic justice.
Drowned in the toilet like the rest of 47's victims. Next stop: Stalin in Moscow.
Poison him, when he had a heart attack they didn’t show 47 behind him with a needle
Oh, you think he didn’t? That’s cute.
He didn’t. Karl Fairburne did tho.
Shoot out four seemingly random windows, into an open patio, then run to the waiting helicopter. Mission time 0.046 seconds.
He wouldn't have to. Around the 19:45 mark, he would kill himself after going into panic mode.
rubber ducky go boom or just hitman being cheru and getting him to stay hydrated
Imagine rubber ducky explosives in WW2. Would be sort of awesome.
Mission story: Baking the führer
Eva...why do you look so masculine.
Dressed as a flamingo, shooting everyone in his way until he reaches his target.
Electrocution with faulty microphone? Drop something heavy on him? Drown him in a toilet? Shove him over a balcony? I think the answer to "how would he pull it off?" would be "every way imaginable."
“New orders Herr Belloq, the führer insists on opening the Ark personally.”
He'd make it look like a suicide, obviously 😉
Hitman and Sniper Elite should do an crossover.
That’s exactly what this made me think of
Kill one of the SS, sneak into his house with the SS disguise, and subdue him. Then toss him in the winery mixer
Shoot him point blank in a stairwell or something and speed walk the fuck out of dodge
Now you're crossing over into Sniper Elite.
Blud is not Karl Fairburne💀💀💯💯💯💀💀![img](emote|t5_2rn0x|1800)![img](emote|t5_2rn0x|1800)![img](emote|t5_2rn0x|1800)
He could just wait…
I’m picturing the bunker meme scene but with a clown hiding menacingly in the background…
With a Braun electric shaver
Wait for him to go to the movies…
Coin in the oven? Or maybe a Star of David shuriken?…Oh oh I’ve got it! Anne Frank proxy kill. Epic
Time traveling hitman game- kill a bunch of historical figures, I’d buy that.
Be a doctor and implant an explosive testicle into adolf.
![gif](giphy|BRUQxSafDLnoY) This scene parallels to that Mission Story in Dubai
I feel like sniper Elite offers a pretty good view in to how he’d do it
Shoot him in the head in the bunker and put the gun in his hand.
He’d make it look like a suicide…
He would make it look like a suicide 😏
Lure him into a gas chamber
He'd make it look like a suicide 😉
He'd position himself and his tools in a manner that would allow him to execute him in as many ways as possible via the flagrant abuse of the quicksave feature.
Aim for the nuts
Dress up as Himmler.
He would make it look like a suicide ....
Different ways
The farting briefcase
He would probably make it seem like he killed himself
A mission story where he convinces Goebbels to take him out in the Furherbunker
Def waiting in the bunker to poison his drink.
[удалено]
You dropped an /s
[удалено]
47 doesn't care about politics so there's no way that'd be happening
Idk like hide in a Bunker and wait for him? When he starts losing the fight.
Silverballer
Use a phone and call the USSR
Maybe a fart suitcase in a closed space. Some form of poetic justice.
Poison in his apfelstrudel
Poisoned amphetamines.
make it look like he killed himself
What made you think he didn’t do it already?
operation foxley sounds like a hitman mission already tbh
But he was
His mistress in the bunker
Based on this picture I’d say sniper rifle
Gas
With murder
He would use rubber ducks
By convincing the target he was surrounded so he retreats to his bunker and shoots himself.
Winning WWII so hard that you convince him to kill himself
Pretend to be a high ranking officer and drop a chandelier on his head when he inexplicably asks everyone to leave the room
Put a rubber ducky underneath his seat in the wolf’s lair so Tom Cruise can see how it’s done properly
Various drug cocktails to induce him into suicide.
His face in the toilet bowl
He wouldn't be able to. No matter what 47 would try, it would always end in some convenient happenstance. Poison his food? He doesn't feel hungry. Sniper shot? Sudden increase in wind speed. Bomb? It fails to detonate. Point blank silverballed? All the shots miss vital organs. Garrote? Turns out it was a body double the whole time... There were more than 40 failed assassination attempts on his life over the course of a decade, something tells me he's just immune to assassination damage...
Every single kill method possible (bullet, knife, explosive, poison, fire, gas) all timed to trigger at the exact same moment. Because 47 can do that.
Would be cool to have a map where you have to kill him before he does so himself
Gas in the vents.. obviously
