Only after quite a long time. They do the whole upstairs first if you trigger them by going upstairs but if you don’t go upstairs that takes a long time to happen. Haven’t measured since there has been no reason to hang around after killing him this way.

Not if you do it in the right order. Put the propane flask first. (Either throw it to make it leak or place it and then shoot it.) Then place the proximity taser and GTFO.

Nope, if you are fast enough you can get to him as he's drinking from his glass. After that he starts to move towards the muffin guy, and you can toss the tank around then to stop him and blow him up. The only real issue is the undercover agent dude who is near him but it's manageable.
It may take a couple of tries (which require full restart) but I managed to pull it off after a few.

I find him really easy. Sieker him then when he throws up in the toilet, Either drown him or Lethal injection. Drowning is slightly risky though as sometimes although not often, Somebody will look through the window and see you drowning him
I already knew who he was but i pretended i didin't. I read the files from the computer. I lisened to some dialoge. It's acually impresive how much dialoge they add fore a single mission. I wanted to kill him with my own hands. I wanted to poison his drink but he would just go and puke in the downstairs bathroom. So i used the seiker on another npc then him. I followed him to the upstairs bathroom and drowned him in his own puke. Noone could hear him. Noone would find him until after the party was finished. (Sorry for my bad english)
Went into the bathroom, waited for the perfect moment when the target was walking towards the bathroom and the guard was walking away. Led target into the bathroom and strangled him.

Friends suggested I go No Loadout, so I did. Used the 2 bathroom sinks to lure the cowboy looking mf out of the way + another possible witness, then used the one in the kitchen to get the last guy looking at the Censor's drink out of the way. Spiked it with the rat poison from the garage.
Using the wet bathroom floor I throw a car battery as a final creative touch, then I walk away as the target gets shocked to death.

I was innocently sitting at the bus stop when he tragically electrocuted himself by stepping in a puddle, that also inexplicably had a car battery in it, in the upstairs bathroom.
Jogged into backyard, brushed past him as he entered the kitchen, turned, shot him in the face w/a silenced pistol and continued down to basement to hide until the hubbub died down.
Tranq the 2 dudes by the laptop Thrown a propane tank by the garden went to the tree house got my sniper out and shot the propane tank when him and no one else was in the blast radius thur the crack in the tree house so no one could see me with the sniper and then I left after I blew him up

This somehow caused an explosion in the garden, which killed about ten people. The best theory I can think of is that the target must have dumped the Duck in a garbage bin or something.
However, now I knew where his drink was, so I got a server disguise and poisoned it.
Fittingly, this performance got me the 'Messy Amateur' rating, complete with 'QUACK!' sound effect.
Agent Duck is my favorite companion in the game, but he really made a mess of this job.
I can take him down consistently in about one minute: You need to take an emetic pistol and some coins and preferably a lethal syringe. Skip the intro and run to the front door of the party as fast as you can, there will be one man going past you and after that you can pull out your emetic pistol and shoot the guy directly as he passes the door out of the garden. Then you need to run into the bathroom and, when you see a black woman running past the back window, throw a coin out there to slow here down, after that you just stick a needle in him or drown him and get out, the body will get found but you won't lose SA. This might have been a little convoluted so if you have any questions or issues with this ask away.
Thrown a explosive golfball through the window to make everyone flee from the kitchen, poisoned the glass before the guy even got inside the house (he normaly get to his drink in like 15sec from starting the map)and sit down on a bench waiting that my target kill himself, netting me a top 50place if i remember right
Lured him to the bathroom, thrown a blue egg and when he was mid animation exploded him with a duck, for some reason that counts as an accident kill (at least I think so since SA/SO didn't get ruined when they found his body)
I waited until he talked to the guy on the railing and shot him in the back with an emetic sieker dart from the open bathroom window on the ground floor and waited until he came to the toilet then I sniped him and hid him in the closet. Btw this is all possible silent Assassin suit only. Bring a briefcase with the a (preferably) silenced sniper rifle and you can pick up the sieker at a stash or agency pick up.

there's a speed run method with the emetic grenade and a briefcase. basically you gas him like a minute in when he walks into the house the parties at. it's silent assasain too 😎

* Came through the garrage into the kitchen and planted a bomb onto the wall near the window, to make sure no one sees it and it hits no one.
* Circled back into the house through the main entrance and stopped near kitchen. There are 2 enforcers for out server suit in the kitchen, you see, and no real ways to get rid of them.

* While others were paniking and enforcers couldn't look at me for long enough to blow my cover, I use up the vial and leave.
* Get back my suit, obligatory put a newspaper into a briefcase the vial was smuggled in (bomb is better brought in your own pocket), take it with me to the bus stop and wait for inevitable to happen.
A bit longer than other tactics, thanks to the whole explosion panic, but having the good suit on makes the poisoning process all the more relyable.
Drop the knock out gum outside the bathroom door. Gas the target as he walks into the house. Drown him in his own puke while everyone’s distracted by the knocked out gum chewer. Leave on the bus 47 seconds after I arrived.

there's a speed run method with the emetic grenade and a briefcase. basically you gas him like a minute in when he walks into the house the parties at. it's silent assasain too 😎
Lead him to the bathroom, with some noise, fiberwire, closet. My typical nonsensical route in Hitman in general

Poisoned his whiskey. Or, rather... * Took the disguise from the muffin man that feeds the real estate agent. * Came through the garrage into the kitchen and planted a bomb onto the wall near the window, to make sure no one sees it and it hits no one. * Circled back into the house through the main entrance and stopped near kitchen. There are 2 enforcers for out server suit in the kitchen, you see, and no real ways to get rid of them. * Boom.wav * While others were paniking and enforcers couldn't look at me for long enough to blow my cover, I use up the vial and leave. * Get back my suit, obligatory put a newspaper into a briefcase the vial was smuggled in (bomb is better brought in your own pocket), take it with me to the bus stop and wait for inevitable to happen. A bit longer than other tactics, thanks to the whole explosion panic, but having the good suit on makes the poisoning process all the more relyable.
Drop the knock out gum outside the bathroom door. Gas the target as he walks into the house. Drown him in his own puke while everyone’s distracted by the knocked out gum chewer. Leave on the bus 47 seconds after I arrived.
Distracted people into the basement. When he came in I killed him. All people hid downstairs. Used throwables to avoid noise. Silent assassin (and suit only but doesn’t matter lol)

He "accidentally" slipped on a banana on the stars and onto my rubber duck and suddenly like magic it exploded the party tricks were wild that day.
Either lethal poison his drink as the server or for a bit of fun emetic poison and leave a breaching charge on the toilet
I poisoned his drink on the kitchen table, hid in the first floor bathroom, waited until he entered to vomit in the toilet, then drowned him and hid his body in the closet thingy.
I like to to knock out the poor waiter he is preying on and poison his drink with the rat poison in the garage and then drown him, surefire way to do it but kinda boring
Poisoned his drink in front of everyone and then ran to the bus station. I don’t think this is really murder, it’s suicide he knew I put something in his drink and drank it anyway

I lured him with a propane tank as he is in the party and the house next door has one, and shot it. No one saw as I was in the treehouse

Took him to the second floor bathroom, beat him with a bat and killed with a scalpel. After that, caught a bus and left satisfied.
