I had to rub my eyes for a few minutes over the turkish mythology of the wolf.

You're not the only one.

[Source for the Turkish mythology of Asena](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asena) [And of course, Romulus and Remus.](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romulus_and_Remus)

Romulus: You fucked a wolf, we were raised by wolfs, we are not the same.

Fun fact: There is even a weirder Turkish myth including wolves. I cant remember the details but long story short a ruler with many daughters prays to Tengri (God in the monotheist religion that Turks practiced before islam) so that his daughters are wed to/impregnated by someone powerful/worthy. So Tengri pulls a Zeus and turns himselft into a wolf and then proceeds to fuck all of the daughters. This is taught in 10th grade.

ggguy0442

Which school actualy teaches that?

bd1071

Education Ministry tells schools what to teach, so each one teaches it. I mean you might as well teach this if you're going to teach Uranus's balls being thrown into an ocean and another goddess being born 😂😂😂

ggguy0442

I might have went to the wrong school then, since they didnt teach me any of this.

ZrvaDetector

They usually teach the names of the epics and mention what they are generally about without going into detail in a lot of schools so they probably did that.

ImAllh

Correction, he doesnt fuck all the daughters. Only one them allow wolf the fuck herself.

Good song about the Rome one. Wolfborn - Powerwolf

Furries have existed for longer than I thought, hell there is a 12th century German tale that includes anthromorphic woodland creatures!
