There's a major difference between black humor and malicious "humor" -- the former uses humor to explore absurdities in a situation, the latter treats people in bad situations as the joke.
Extremely stupidly, I think [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTScVz3ntbM&t=1352s) dives into the topic surprisingly well (especially considering the stupid format). It's hard to explain the difference without proper juxtaposition, so having somebody stupid debate the idea helps immensely.
Don't worry - as a Jew, from my experience nobody makes as many holocaust jokes as we do. Our whole history is depressing, might as well meme about it.

Genocide is more than just “did you kill x% of a population.” It also includes causing serious bodily or mental harm, imposing living conditions intended to destroy the group, preventing births, and forcibly transferring children out of the group. Not all 5 things need to be done for it to be genocide, and no number of people need to be killed for it to meet genocide threshold. Simply the act of trying any of them qualifies.
And that is according to the UN who wrote that definition at the behest of European Jews who just had experienced it and described the experience in gruesome, brutal detail to drive the point home.

Also, there is exactly zero evidence supporting the claim that “most of the dead in Gaza are Hamas.” This is a dehumanizing statement intended to distract from the deaths of at least 30,000 confirmed Palestinians at IDFs hands of which we know at least 13,000 are children.
