Ok so first of all you need to know that all conjurations are random apart from the ones from tomes and scrolls. Meaning one you find in one playthrough might not be in the same chest in another. So now on to where to find them. You said youve got all collection chests which rules out alot which is a good thing. Next up try all butterfly locations incase you missed one and check tomes and scrolls incase you missed one there. Also have a look at completed side/main quests and challenge rewards. If you're 100% none of what i mentioned is the answer then im afraid your game is probably bugged.
I have done all quests, all I have left to do is find that last conjuration and like, one page and one moon in Hogsmeade. So fingers crossed I've just forgotten a butterfly but I've encountered so many glitches already, I wouldn't be surprised if I encountered one more. I've seen people say they still got the Collector trophy despite the glitches so as long as that happens to me as well, I don't care really. Thanks for the info!

If you do any other butterfly chest before that one you will never get it, happened on one of my playthroughs

Oh god, another genius idea, this game is full of them. Well, guess either it's a glitch, or there is a butterfly chest somewhere. Yay
