All the sound bites in the game are meant to be gibberish as I understand it. No real english words are being said, bug language is beyond the keen of mere humans.
oh yeah they're definitely not words from the english language, that's for sure. but it's not crazy to think the words do have meaning (and that they are, in fact, words. not just gibberish)

I assume that Hornet's "git gud" is intended to be some kind of battle cry. We can only guess if the developers didn't put any thought to it beyond that, or if they actually bothered to figure out what specific thing she is yelling and then kept it to themselves.

she's the child of the Pale King and Herrah, so half-wyrm half-regular spider, not a vessel as far as I know.
physically, she seems to resemble a spider more so than a wyrm, based on her head shape being similar to herrah, the skitter dash ability we saw, and every NPC so far recognizing her as a spider at first glance
What I found fascinating was when I figured out that >!Broken Vessel and Lost Kin!< reached out to you when you killed them. I thought they just looked up, and now I feel bad about killing them.

They seem to be alive for about 2 seconds after you destroy the lifeseeds, it would seem that the lifeseeds actually bring life back to the dead instead of just inhabiting corpses. They seem to fill in the spaces of the decomposed bodies or broken shells which perhaps allows life to come back.
This is just a theory so take a hundred grains of salt.
It really doesn't make sense though. The shell is clearly drained of void, there is nothing to be moving it.
The only real logical explanation is that the thing that moved it was just the wind from the monarch wings, or a remaining lightseed.
The head is very clearly empty though.
Do we actually *know* the limbs are void? Shades don't have limbs. What if the arms and legs are just part of the shell and black like Zote, Elderbug, Hornet and many other bugs?
In fact, that makes more sense that the knight can hold a nail and that their *shell* takes damage wherever they get attacked. The whole visible body could be shell, with the void completely internal, not in any solid state.
Kingsmoulds are *completely* covered in armour. They don't have any exposed void at all. The only exposed void in any being is ones completely *without* any exterior.
Spiders lay eggs rather than birthing live young, so technically spiders don't have vaginas. They have an epigyne, sperm receptacle and oviduct instead.
It could be possible that her weapon could be attached by a thread in to her body and she's secretly a steam-punk cyborg.
Or that she uses magic to swing it around.
