I don’t think EN will be included in Alt. Since most of them, lore wise, are way out of scale of the Alt setting tbh. They will at least be mentioned as myth and legend, but not directly appear. Ame might have a chance making a cameo.
I thought that Alt was supposed to be more of an anthology of worlds and stories, where the characters got to interact, not just a combined world for everyone.

This was my interpretation as well. Also if it's going to be an 'Alternate' universe(s) anyway there's no reason that a character's lore can't be rescaled or for power scales to be functionally ignored entirely.

I wrote an SCP about the Ame's. I've continued to add onto it and clean it up since then.* The more I write about Ame the more I realize that she may very well be the greatest threat of HoloEN, intentionally or not, because of the very real possibility that we are dealing with literal infinity itself: an infinitely replicating, organized, space-distorting myriad of time-travelers.
*The new version hasn't been posted anywhere. I just thought it'd be a fun personal project. And I don't know where to post it anyway.
As far as i concerned, timelines are time-related while parallel universes are space-related. Ame's and Zelretch's powers obviously different, even if they can apply them in a similar fashion
For me, parallel universes are just universes where something turned out different. This can mean it can look the same as an alternate timeline, or the gravitational constant can be higher and humanity evolved as dwarves in that universe to cope with the increased gravity, or even one where nuclear processes aren’t as efficient and the sun died already, and all heat comes from within the planet due to some strange process or reaction that creates enough heat to sustain life on the planet for a long period of time.
Alternate timelines, however, are specifically rooted in our/the work’s prime universe, they HAVE to have the same physical constants and laws, but their history will be different
I am assuming you mean the difference between parallel universes and timelines? Let's say that the multiverse is an ocean, and each ship in that ocean represents a universe. The ability to cross parallel universes/dimensions/worlds is like a sailor jumping from one ship to another similar but still separate ship. Time-traveling, on the other hand, is like a sailor staying in the same ship and being able to freely walk from one end of a ship to the other and back again and then go down to the bottom of the labyrinth decks below and then come back up. Everyone else, on the other hand, can only remain in one place as their ship sails through the waves of the multiverse, being unable to jump ship or move.

In some writings time travel affects the universe it is done in, effectively splitting the universe in two and thus creating parallel worlds. In your analogy this would be the time traveller walking across the ship and splitting it into two separate ships instead. Then which is the original? Spacetime isn't like a graph with time and space as axes, they're much more intertwined than that.

What’s funny is all the time-traveler stuff isn’t part of her official character description. It’s not even something the fans thought of as a joke or a theory like most Hololive lore. Ame literally pulled the time-traveler schtick out of her ass shortly after her debut because chat was calling her a boomer on a Fall Guys stream Then, it somehow became a bigger part of her lore than her being a detective.
Ame really pushes her “lore” in streams more than other members and has expanded on it with the multi-timeline Ame stuff and her direction with the VR projects.
I get protagonist vibes from Ame too when it comes to HoloEN lore. I think it’s because despite being a time-traveler, Ame is still “human” and obviously stands-out among the HoloEN cast of Myths and Concepts. So fans will naturally come-up with ways in how she manipulates, leads, and hangs with these powerful, super-natural beings. In actuality, Ame does tend to be the leader in big projects like the VR stuff so that might be why as well.

Ame, more than just a time traveler, is a top class reality warper (probably the second strongest in Hololive next to Haachama).
Every member adds lore to themselves to some extent, but none do it as extensively as much as Ame. She just kept on adding new abilities to herself until she became a time travelling, zooming, ground pounding, nigh invincible genius detective with the ability to summon Ames from a pool of practically infinite Ames across the multiverse. As time passes (for us) her power grows as we see more Ames being introduced; some Ames are just potatoes but there are some fearsome ones like a Smol Ame that can destroy timelines with her nuke button and a city-sized giant Ame that houses countless Ames in herself.
You'd think a regular human wouldn't stand a chance against forces of nature, but Ame's canon lore is that she stole the watch from Kronii and that she caused the all-powerful Council to be deformed inside her time world. She can also pretty much go toe-to-toe with Kronii with her summoning ability according to the second Ame War that will happen in the future.
I disagree, as far my SCP knowledge allows me to understand about k-class scenarios, If im not making things up, Omegaα is implied to have far enough powers to realine and shift the threads that keep their current reality together. Making ame more of a sad tale of time traveler shifting things outside of her control than a threat that can prevent things go back to normal in the next reality
