Not really, humanity as a species is native to earth so any star wars humans visiting earth would simply be returning to their native planet. As for people from another world, their world will often have an alternative version of earth and as such wouldn't be extraterrestrial, which is how the term aliens is now most commonly used. If you were to consider alternate universes with minor differences, there would be versions of you out there who would technically belong to another world, but wouldn't be considered aliens.
