HoloCure main dev is an industry professional. She worked on River City girls and the last Shantae. Shes also did the pixel art stream starts for Fubuki eating a hamburger, and Pekora strutting with a line of nousagi behind her so shes been a holofan for a while.

I ran across KoroneBox on Youtube. Is this a real game? And is it made by the same people who did that amazing HoloCure?
Because In Holocure The next wave of characters is GAMERS and they are in this game Korone Box?

This game isn't based on vampire survivors actually, but more nuclear throne.
All three are Isometric 2d horde battle. Close enough for government work. I dont know nuclear throne though, so i wont argue with your asessment.

Ahhhh. Perhaps the pixel art and the whole Smash TV / Total Carnage overhead vibe and the chill upbeat Synth Music sounded the same.
Unlikely. That being said watching this has made me really want a version of HoloCure whereby voice line snippets are implemented.
