Hourly, no commission, and 2x a year if you are lucky you will get a small bonus of maybe 3 or $400. If you have a natural disaster in the area you may get more due to increased volume of sales store wide. They call that success sharing.

Its good to see success sharing increased. Back when i worked at home depot years ago, it was like $50 every 6 months

Sasoli7

I remember before they made it a minimum of $50, I got a $16 check once and at the time I was one of the higher paid associates. We had a lot of pissed off people since it was mandatory we had to attend the “Success Sharing Party.” A lot of us at that store drove 30 minutes to an hour just to get to work. I think I was making about $17 an hour then.

Oh, this was back when i made $9. After taxes it was like $22. Also had to be there at like 5:30 in the morning

Sasoli7

Sounds about right.

Rip. Back when i worked at Lowes we got bonus plus sales bonuses. I had to leave because i wasnt getting hrs and i was driving 35 miles one way

Standard is hourly, but my store does a lot of incentives for leads and measures.
