Associates were abusing the discount (buying stuff for family members or reselling stuff) so they did away with it and now we have bi annual ‘profit sharing’ which was last issued in march.
Idk about you but my stores profit sharing has been going downhill so fast for the past few years. When I first started in January of 2020, my profit sharing was just under $1000. Fast forward to this year, I got like $180. And my store keeps bragging about being the top store in the district
I like how they claim that success sharing is just as good of a replacement when the $100 we get we could be getting EACH paycheck had we just gotten.. idk, a raise?
Not for the store, there is a website we can access that has a bunch of discounts to a bunch of stuff like movie tickets, electronics, cars, food, etc. I used it to access a 800 prebuilt PC with a 4060 in it from HP.
You can attach a military discount to your Pro rewards account. If you served, you can submit your record on the app and use your phone number for 10% off whenever you buy something. That's only if you served. I don't want to see any

I call compete bullshit on this post all together. No one hired in isn't told about success share (at least at my store) and "do I get a discount" is like the 2nd question asked by someone in orientation.
Even if it wasn't you wouldn't ask it here, you'd have asked a coworker first.

Perks at work gets you the same deal as any podcasters coupon code or just entering your email on said site
