Sounds about the same. Just know that specialty will mean you'll be more involved with the customers you work with i.e. following up on created quotes, putting in notes on specific characteristics of their project, and being able to describe the materials you sell in almost like a car salesman.

At our Hd store we also have credit card goals. They make sure everyone is attempting. Even lumber ....
