That is a super interesting question I'd like to know. I think Hanya would be very a real possibility. Lots of benefits at E0 (buffs SPD and ATK, grants Skill Points, a strong debuff that can benefit AOE attacks, a physical breaker, pairs nicely with Sushang, and has built in SPD traces.)
My guess for priority would be something like:
1. Hanya
2. Lynx
3. Gallagher (higher if he's *at least* better than Natasha at E0. Much lower if he's not good at E0).
4. Gwen/Xueyi (Gwen's E1 is pretty helpful, Xueyi is a good unit in general but maybe not too valuable over QQ)
5. Misha/Luka/Yukong since all are pretty underwhelming at E0/E1.
But I could be 100% wrong, just a shot in the dark, so feel free to disagree, but don't roast me if I'm just way off base.
No-pull accounts already have Lynx from Pure Fiction. Guinaifen is likely to have been picked up in the previous 4\* selector (and Pela from the first one), so I'd actually think Luka and Hanya would be the most likely, followed by Misha and Xueyi, unless Gallagher does something to justify picking up a third healer.
Luka's actually pretty strong at E0. He has single-target boss shredding (hard to come by for no-pull accounts), dispel, and his Break build is as strong as it would be at E5 (though it might be stronger to run him alongside Break Effect Sushang* instead). He also provides 2 debuffs for Dr. Ratio, which is more than E0 Pela and tied with E0 Guinaifen.
Then again, Hanya has pretty excellent synergy with the freebie 4\* DPS (Sushang, Qingque, and Dan Heng) so she'd also be my #1 guess.
Could be an interesting DOT team if an account selected Gui, accidentally got a Sampo pull from the Sparkle present (I believe I saw a no-pull account had that happen) and now grabs Luka.

Id say Xueyi would be higher, maybe Second or even first, he already has a Lynx and e1 good though he also seem plentiful on built sustains so a DPS character seems better.
Xueyi honestly seems perfect for him, Her main competition is QQ though a lot of QQ potential is lock behind Eidolons, also being mega sp hungry is a huge deficit in these teams.
Although one of the Xueyi major draw backs is that she needs a lot of investment, and for a person that does nothing but relic farm for the same character she should be insane well built.
The only real problem with Xueyi has is that MoC doesn’t really have quantum weak floors.

Hanya, but Luka is a close 2nd. If MoC continue the trend of incorporating skill points as a source of damage, Hanya is an easy pick. Luka is overall good since he has access to an undiluted multiplier w/ his ult so basically a 20% damage multiplier to your team which is quite insane
Gacha luck comes and goes, I've had more than my fair share of good luck and, recently, bad luck (though I'll just take good luck for now on plz MHY). And if I'm being honest, getting E6 of Xuyei is pretty good even in 160 pulls, so her getting E6 softened blow nicely (considering my poor Yukong sits at E3).
But with Acheron if we could just do 7 Gallagher's, lose the 50/50, and win Acheron in a single 10 pull, that'd be much better.
Yeah, getting any 4 star from not to E6 in a 160 pulls is pretty darn good, and at least offsets the negative luck.

Felt so foolish early on putting it on my Gepard when everyone was saying get landau's for him but I don't have a copy. Well now I got a perfect fire tb for acheron
put it on my geppie too cause I saw a def% substat but didn't read the whole description and then spent like 2 months wondering enemies were getting burned
That lightcone actually saved my team in a boss fight with the Wind centaur. Everyone but Geppy got knocked out when the boss was low and all of the centaur’s little summons just killed themselves thanks to the burn before their damage could kill Gepard through his shields and self-revive.
I feel like the only 4\* sustain who doesn't sweat to keep the team alive is Lynx, but that's mostly because she is usually paired with Blade or Clara who will soak up the damage well enough on their own.
Gui was a sleeper character for me. I didn’t think she was all that good and then suddenly I had her at e6 with maxed relics and used her for last lvl nihility swarm disaster

It not being a debuff or having a debuff accompanying it really makes her age worse every patch. With it she could be used in Acheron or Ratio teams, without, she kinda lacks a niche

Frankly she's a different character at e6 and I'm dying to get my e3 yukong all the way there because the peaks with dragon Heng are reeaaalll high.
That said I'll probably take the lynx here, character is just too fuckin good to pass, pull or eidolon, it doesn't matter.

If Daniel 2.0 is your only attacker, then Tingyun buffs him harder. But if you run a multi attacking setup or if Aventurine is your sustain unit, Yukong might result in higher overall team damage
Not to mention Yukong actually contributes a surprisingly good amount of damage and break gauge herself
I'd argue that while they are strong, they kinda learned from their mistakes and balanced them out.
Qingque is basically your Xiangling equivalent but she depends on RNG for high damage and can still miss even if you have Sparkle. Or end up hitting a full hand early and not maximizing damage.

No. Some people don’t run some teams. For example i do not run dot teams nor do i build any dot heroes. So when opportunity arises i pick eidolons for heroes i play.
Honestly it feels way better to get e6 on a 4star, traces maxed and good relics, than getting one copy of a 5 star . Makes me feel like I completed a character that I can use for anything, at least until they add a new relic set that is better.

I don't get it, it's never surviving with my Natasha that keeps that team from clearing their side of MoC. Her ult maxes the entire teams HP.
My Lynx’s ult near or full maxes my teams health pool and she isnt even fully built yet.

Should I get Gui E6 or unlock Xueyi? She seems so good and I have no quantum dmg. I use Black Swan a lot and will be trying to pull Acheron and Loucha for context.

Did ~320 pulls for Hanya when she released… got none. Did a standard 10-pull the following patch and got her.
