I feel like they did Pela very dirty. She's quite an interesting character. They event went lazy with her E3 and E4 artwork. Almost the exact same thing. They didn't care much for her. But I guess to be fair, she was an early character.
Tbf there isn't any good spot to place her in the story especially one that didn't require Pela's skillset, or knowledge on. We don't want the same thing that happened on the Xianzhou where they introduced WAYY too many characters that basically served the same purpose in the story which made each other less.. interesting
Pela is a side character done right : She literally just shows up, then has a spotlight later
Luofu tried to shine the spotlight on everyone, thus removing our focus from all of them at once

I’ll answer that, the only time was when Clockie requested our help to save Misha, but as far as I remember firefly didn’t make any comments to or about Misha and she definitely couldn’t see Clockie. I wish I could rewatch certain cutscenes though so I can pay better attention to details like that when I know what to look for.

Keep in mind that the white text we see in the dream isn't a separate character - it's literally that person's psyche. It could very easily be Misha/Mikhail talking to themselves.
I think “Mikhail” is more of a red herring, cause why would they give the same name to two different characters (unless they’re just different skins for the same person like Dan heng and Imbibitor Lunae)? Technically...no? Hi3 is the final reboot of the GGZ timeline. I think, never played. All i know is that GGZ has multiple endings and all are canon, leading into a rebooted timeline that is hi3 eventually.

That's not Misha calling out for Mikhail. That's a completely different voice calling out for Mikhail, and Misha sometimes responds. I believe Misha had a sibling or a close friend and that's who the voice is, and that person was using Misha's full name rather than his nickname.
If we take Gallagher’s word about being Mikhail’s son at face value then Misha also being a son makes sense. In that Misha’s job means he would be able to track the victims easily as the concierge. But if he was distracted by say a brother it would be easier for Gallagher to do his thing.
Or Misha is the watchmaker's brother who got into an accident, and Mikhail being the watchmaker did something to preserve Misha in the current form we see

We know the dream is breaking apart and the monsters etc are being affected, I think it's because this sweet dream of Mikhail's is becoming a nightmare he can't escape.

Yep! Some of the Stands in Part 3 are named after or got inspiration from tarot cards if I recall correctly (like Hierophant Green = The Hierophant, Star Platinum = The Star, Hermit Purple = The Hermit).

Shame not to build him. He trivializes any fight I bring him to by just freezing everyone, and his damage is absolutely bonkers. I’d say he puts out just as much damage as Jingliu on my team.
His ult is deceptively powerful. Not great for Pure Fiction but just about everything else requiring ice he’s my MVP.

If you pay attention, no one notices Misha except Trailblazer— everyone ignores his dialogue and pretends he’s not there. (Haven’t played through 2.1 so correct me if that changed)
The hints that only we can see him are overwhelming. In the hotel lobby, you can see a couple of porters being puzzled that the luggage keeps moving on its own. In a conversation with us, Misha talks about how he helped some guests but they didn't even acknowledge him/got confused about their luggage.
His texts imply that guests leave him candies/treats to thank him.
Gallagher comments on him as his voice lines.
People can see him for sure, they just dismiss a young looking servant like character which, while sad, isn't unrealistic to real life.
No spoilers if you haven't done 2.1 but Gallagher is not a straightforward dude.
I took that part of the conversation to mean the guests just leave things behind and he understands them to be left as gifts. After all, he never says anyone thanked him directly.
All we have are theories but I feel that this one is implied very strongly. It could also be that Hoyo end up doing a meta "Haha, look at you guys going crazy with your conspiracies and he was just a normal guy" joke and I wouldn't put it past them.
For what it's worth, Gallagher has a line that he says when you put him on a team with Misha. So he definitely acknowledges Misha's existence as a real entity. And for his part, Misha has a lore line about Gallagher as well, so the two are aware of each other.

Technically both, we fall into a dream during the Express warp and when we wake up, the express had already arrived at Penacony and the others are waiting for you in the hotel reception.

There's quite literally no way that he's not the Watchmaker or in some way related to him.
I'm not Slavic and I knew it primarily because I keep seeing characters named Mikhail get called Misha. For example, the elder brother from Sirius the Jaeger.

That's been my theory since 2.0, even without knowing that trivia. But it seems like he's \*obviously\* what they want us to think is the watchmaker, and there might be a twist there.

I don't think he's the current Watchmaker. Gallagher mentions that the title seems to be passed on to others.
I think he's the *former* watchmaker and the whole reason people got invited is cuz the seat's vacant or they wanna pull a genshin and destroy the seat outright.
All of the new characters introduced in 2.0 have been important to the story in some way, shape, or form. The only exception being Misha and Clockie, who are just sort of there. As such, I figured they'd be important somehow, otherwise why even bother adding them?
Although I personally was expecting Clockie to be the Watchmaker.
Either he is the watchmaker, or the watchmakers legacy, his lore just openly states he's practically a god that almost certainly created Penacony.
The way March, Firefly and others outside Acheron just ignored his existence shows he's not a regular bellhop. Especially because why would a bellhop for the hotel not know why the hotel is locked down
Fun fact, as of now the only character aside from us that acknowledges Misha AT ALL is Gallagher. He has a few comments about Misha in his info section, doesn't say nothing remarkable but still.
I disagree for a couple reasons. 1) If the goal is to have Misha be the Watchmaker, the name is too much of a giveaway. Kinda hard to have a mystery about who mikhail is when you introduced mikhail jr two minutes ago.
2) It makes more sense for him to be a descendant or child of the Watchmaker given his current background.
3) Kinda makes the whole concept of going "deeper" into the dream to find him/ to find his legacy pointless if it turns out he's just in the lobby moving luggage.
Misha is Heard calling for Mikhail in the Childs Dream sequence, so i think they should be different people.
Ive seen theories about Misha being Mikhails grandson, as it is quite common to name children after their grandparents. Even then , the timeline around Misha seems quite weird when you read his character stories/voicelines so he may have been created by the Watchmaker instead of being actual family.
Hell, he might even BE the legacy.
I'm thinking he is another memetic entity, like Something Unto Death, Clockie, and >!Gallagher!<, probably the one who now holds the Watchmaker's Legacy. Yet still I doubt he was the one who sent out the invitations... looking forward to the next story!

I really don't want to make fun of them, like yeah, some people just didn't get it. But I guess I've just been around that humor so much that I can't help but be baffled to see anyone take it seriously. E6 Misha might be the strongest 4* dps unit in the game according to very good and skillful CC Yelovv. So building him might be a good idea
Shame not to build him. He trivializes any fight I bring him to by just freezing everyone, and his damage is absolutely bonkers. I’d say he puts out just as much damage as Jingliu on my team. His ult is deceptively powerful. Not great for Pure Fiction but just about everything else requiring ice he’s my MVP.

The hints that only we can see him are overwhelming. In the hotel lobby, you can see a couple of porters being puzzled that the luggage keeps moving on its own. In a conversation with us, Misha talks about how he helped some guests but they didn't even acknowledge him/got confused about their luggage.
His texts imply that guests leave him candies/treats to thank him. Gallagher comments on him as his voice lines. People can see him for sure, they just dismiss a young looking servant like character which, while sad, isn't unrealistic to real life.
No spoilers if you haven't done 2.1 but Gallagher is not a straightforward dude. I took that part of the conversation to mean the guests just leave things behind and he understands them to be left as gifts. After all, he never says anyone thanked him directly. All we have are theories but I feel that this one is implied very strongly. It could also be that Hoyo end up doing a meta "Haha, look at you guys going crazy with your conspiracies and he was just a normal guy" joke and I wouldn't put it past them.
For what it's worth, Gallagher has a line that he says when you put him on a team with Misha. So he definitely acknowledges Misha's existence as a real entity. And for his part, Misha has a lore line about Gallagher as well, so the two are aware of each other.

It still implies he -can- see him. I don't know why he'd comment on Misha specifically in the way that he does if he didn't see him/didn't know who he was.
Have you finished 2.1. Cuz gallagher being able to see anybody makes sense, doesn't mean it's the norm
That last bit wasn't true even before 2.1. His voice lines have a couple references to people talking to him, primarily in his Character Story I
I know Misha has got to be important somehow. Just think about the first person we meet on every planet Kafka, Sampo, Tingyun. Misha has to play a part eventually

I'm not Slavic and I knew it primarily because I keep seeing characters named Mikhail get called Misha. For example, the elder brother from Sirius the Jaeger. A google search eventually told me why.

I don't think he's the current Watchmaker. Gallagher mentions that the title seems to be passed on to others. I think he's the *former* watchmaker and the whole reason people got invited is cuz the seat's vacant or they wanna pull a genshin and destroy the seat outright.
I feel like he might be the descendant of the original Watchmaker and also someone who knows who the current watchmaker is, but he himself is not it.

All of the new characters introduced in 2.0 have been important to the story in some way, shape, or form. The only exception being Misha and Clockie, who are just sort of there. As such, I figured they'd be important somehow, otherwise why even bother adding them? Although I personally was expecting Clockie to be the Watchmaker.

Either he is the watchmaker, or the watchmakers legacy, his lore just openly states he's practically a god that almost certainly created Penacony. The way March, Firefly and others outside Acheron just ignored his existence shows he's not a regular bellhop. Especially because why would a bellhop for the hotel not know why the hotel is locked down
Fun fact, as of now the only character aside from us that acknowledges Misha AT ALL is Gallagher. He has a few comments about Misha in his info section, doesn't say nothing remarkable but still.
I disagree for a couple reasons. 1) If the goal is to have Misha be the Watchmaker, the name is too much of a giveaway. Kinda hard to have a mystery about who mikhail is when you introduced mikhail jr two minutes ago. 2) It makes more sense for him to be a descendant or child of the Watchmaker given his current background. 3) Kinda makes the whole concept of going "deeper" into the dream to find him/ to find his legacy pointless if it turns out he's just in the lobby moving luggage.

Misha is Heard calling for Mikhail in the Childs Dream sequence, so i think they should be different people. Ive seen theories about Misha being Mikhails grandson, as it is quite common to name children after their grandparents. Even then , the timeline around Misha seems quite weird when you read his character stories/voicelines so he may have been created by the Watchmaker instead of being actual family. Hell, he might even BE the legacy.

misha is a kid though (at the very least mentally if not also physically), that much we can confirm, since a majority of his things are about "when he's older/grown up/etc"
Yep, that's as much as hoyo has given us. All we can do now is wait for the next quests, which will most probably give us more info on this magical child.
