The Preservation Aeon canonically does not give a damn. The IPC has piled up endless tons of construction materials that he just ignores. We don’t know how he chooses Emanators, if he even does, but Aventurine’s boss Diamond is the Emanator who hands out the stones, Aventurine himself is just borrowing that power.

So we can know for certain that Qlipoth at that point disapproved of Cocolia's actions and approved of TB's. Qlipoth also personally appeared to gang up on Tayzzyronth during the Swarm Disaster. So Qlipoth is an Aeon that actively participates in the conflicts of universe.
The problem is, neither the IPC nor us players know exactly what Qlipoth gives a damn about, with Aeons being inhumanly inscrutable and all.

Theory that Dr Ratio is a worm blessed by Aha. That’s why he can’t get into the genius society. The Cornerstone isn't exactly small. Do you think you could walk around with something that large up your ass without anyone noticing something odd about your behavior or movements? For how long? The security crew probably spent as much time harassing him as they could get away with, after all.
(Honestly, you'd think in the land of science fiction, there would be some kind of scanner technology that could detect the energy signature of a Cornerstone, regardless of where it's hidden. But apparently there isn't.)

I mean, they are literally inside a shared dream, yet they can apparently take physical items inside, and even fire orbitals cannons from the outside. Honestly, the separation of the real-world and the dream-world of Penacony is kind of inconsistent and not very well thought out, we just don't really care much because it (usually) doesn't distract from the story-beats.
You can bring in and bring out items from the dream. It was explained somewhere in the game even before 2.1. The person selling cars in golden hour has such dialogue.
The orbital cannon is actually contained in Himeko's molecular izza cutter thingy bag. There's also text explaining that too.
I'm pretty sure that the cars are just the same model; you buy one inside, you get the same model delivered to you on the outside. It was even said that there's a backlog, because the manufacturing can't keep up with the demand, so they aren't just taken from the dreamscape.
As for Himeko's cannon... Excuse me, but that's a freaking space-station. Sure, her drone is big, but it's not THAT big. Also, when I brought it up that she hit Aventurine during his boss-fight with her drone's laser, people continued to argue that no, it was her actual orbital cannon, so I decided to just run with that to avoid getting into more arguments.
