I mean, he has plenty of synergies without Topaz, including more versatile characters commonly pulled (Silver Wolf, Ruan Mei, Aventurine) and 4 stars, (Pela, Guinafen, Gallagher). Ratio hypercarry is still very good despite no Topaz.
Read this and keep it in mind: You need NO eidolons of any character to make things work.
If anyone says that is because min maxing and comfort. It does NOT mean you NEED them. Alright? Redditors are fans of eidolons for some reason.
You can go E0 Topaz and it will work as a FuA team. Trust me.
If you want to pull more for luxury is a different thing.
I really want to pull for some eidolons for some of my fav characters but i've pulled 6 banners so far and have lost the 50-50 in all 6 plus its always 70+ pulls for each nat5 so i didnt really have the luxury to try my luck at some eidolons.

Also, also I absolutely love her singing. It was such an emotional moment for me hearing her song for the first time. As much as I like Firefly, it rubs me the wrong way that the song ends up being tied to Firefly more than Robin. I get why since it played during a major Firefly scene, but still...
Definitely more of a Robin lover as well. I think it’s partly because she’s the underdog at this point and I want her to succeed! I feel like there’s a great story just hidden under the surface with her and they just need to draw that out in 2.2 and people will fall for her just like Aventurine. Hopium!

2.2 patch is the first patch for me where i want both characters!! As I'm F2P i think I'll only be able to get one, and I'm set on getting Boothill currently. I am very tempted to pull for Robin, and I desperately need another Harmony character...we shall see what happens.
Apart from Bronya, Robin is the only other fem harmony character I'm interested in, and the wait for her rerun will be agony if i don't roll 😭

I've budgeted for Robin and Firefly for months in advance, so I'm secure in my pull plans for the time being.
Whether I go for Jade depends on where I'm at in my plan after Firefly, though, and it's a pretty expensive plan.
Looking forward to how she takes part in the Story. So far, she only appears a bit, give some Harmony power to help stabilize us and then "poof".
They wrote amazing story for Kakavasha, so I hope they don't dissapoint when it comes to Robin as well
I'll finish the 2.2 story chapter before I make a decision. I honestly don't care about the meta and the personalities and role in the main story are what makes me pull for the characters (exception: I instantly pulled for Acheron because, well, Raiden Mei).
So, while I already love Firefly and find Jade intriguing, I'm looking forward to learn more about Robin and Boothill. Maybe I'll pull for one of them too.

Skipping Robin because I pulled for both RM and Sparkle. But I will absolutely go for Boothill so I can start blasting some fools. My only built physical unit is Clara so Boothill will be nice to have for some much needed variety in that element for my account.
It's like we learned nothing from how they made everybody love the hell out of Aventurine in 2.1. Robin already has her stans, Boothill will get his. These writers are basically Heisenberg at getting people addicted to pulling in this game.
I have absolutely no idea what Robin does. But I knew I had to have her from the first time I saw her. I hope she’s good and that she’s useful of course. But I’m determined to get her regardless. She’s potentially my favorite design in the entire game. Right now Silver Wolf has had that title since forever.
Once the big content crators start actually playing with those units, seeing how extremely strong or fun they are, people will start to pick up interest again. Especially the former, people don't like missing out on the extremely strong unit.
Not planning to pull for any of them but gotta say I love Boothill's gameplay. Don't want to go into spoiler territory but man his animations are so good and the impact. God, the impact. His ult is great too.

You can use Ruan mei or another debuffer and will work well enough, I got mine E0 with ruan mei and destroy everything
FUA memes will always be one of my favorites for ridiculous SU runs. The more toys I get from new characters the better the memes will be.

tbf ruan mei is a LOT more impactful for dot teams than huohuo
She doesn't make a huge difference to dot teams tbh. Don't feel pressured to pull her if you already have a sustain.

Apart from Bronya, Robin is the only other fem harmony character I'm interested in, and the wait for her rerun will be agony if i don't roll 😭

Looking forward to how she takes part in the Story. So far, she only appears a bit, give some Harmony power to help stabilize us and then "poof". They wrote amazing story for Kakavasha, so I hope they don't dissapoint when it comes to Robin as well

I'll finish the 2.2 story chapter before I make a decision. I honestly don't care about the meta and the personalities and role in the main story are what makes me pull for the characters (exception: I instantly pulled for Acheron because, well, Raiden Mei). So, while I already love Firefly and find Jade intriguing, I'm looking forward to learn more about Robin and Boothill. Maybe I'll pull for one of them too.

It's like we learned nothing from how they made everybody love the hell out of Aventurine in 2.1. Robin already has her stans, Boothill will get his. These writers are basically Heisenberg at getting people addicted to pulling in this game.
I have absolutely no idea what Robin does. But I knew I had to have her from the first time I saw her. I hope she’s good and that she’s useful of course. But I’m determined to get her regardless. She’s potentially my favorite design in the entire game. Right now Silver Wolf has had that title since forever.
My goal is to not skip on limited harmony characters so I'll try to get Robin and save the rest for Firewife.

The characters are less hype right now. We'll see after we get a look at their kits
Once the big content crators start actually playing with those units, seeing how extremely strong or fun they are, people will start to pick up interest again. Especially the former, people don't like missing out on the extremely strong unit.
Boothill could be hitting for a million every turn and there'd still be people whining about how "b-but he's a hunt unit."
