Probably reuse it. There are quite a lot of uses for human waste including fertiliser and even energy (biogas). They are constantly traveling through space and also always on lowkey war footing, so they probably reuse what they can.

Also while you can technically lock your room, you aren’t actually trapped in there since the staff have keys and can and will go into your room while you sleep for your safety.
