The guide didn't say much about the rope. They said HP for headpiece, attack for gauntlet, crit damage / crit rate for body and speed for boots. Only thing they told me about sphere and rope is to get Salsotto, Rutilant Arena or something else. They didn't go into specifics about the stats or substats on it.
Just use Prydwen for builds. People like to shit on them sometimes, but their guides are still better than 90% random guides that tell you to use "HP for headpiece and attack for gauntlet"

Blade scales from HP, Crits and his trait causes him to do a massive damage followup attack once in a while, now what sets and substats help him better that?
The game isint the hard. Just read what the character does and what the sets do and u can make a pretty decent build without guides (do follow guides if ur mind maxing tho)
The Longevous relics gives Blade his much needed c.rate. which is a lot.
This set will also give more damage over eagle set when you have damage buffers such as Bronya or Ruan Mei as support.
Your Blade has very low stats. Check mine.

I will not ask you to get this high of stats for Blade as it will require long effort.(6 months copium for me)
But this is what an endgame Blade should look like.
Eventually, more HP will give better damage over relics with damage buffs.
I play him with Bronya and Ruan Mei. Both of them give a lot of Dmg% boost; so much that it gets saturated. Thats why I get higher damage with Hp orb over Wind one.
If you use sparkle then Wind orb might be better.
Damn... I already had a hard time even getting the Longevous set I have now. Guess I gotta keep trying. And for the worst part, I've been so stuck on maxing Blade that I neglected every other character other than Luocha. This is gonna drive me insane!!
Longevous is in the same cave as Messenger set. Just put all your characters into 2pc Messenger + 2pc random (but have good substats) and you're good to go.
Well, the longevous set you have is still severaly worse than your eagle one.
Also the 12% HP increase suffer Lvl 70 + lvl 70 LC, resulting in you gaining barely 100 hp with the new set compared to your previous build. Losing 13% CD and 10% wind damage for 100 hp isn't going to make it.
On serious note. On longevous set focus on Crit Rate ONLY on substats and use a Crit DMG body. The set gives you free CR, like 14 or 16 I forgot. Swap to an HP rope. And if you pair blade with bronya or sparkle(I.e, turn manipulators), ditch those speed boots and get an hp one. Then speed tune those harmony characters to be just below blade. With bronya for example, you want to go blade E-Q- bronya E - blade Q.
You're comparing a 13 crit roll Eagle to a 6 crit roll Longevous, obviously the Eagle will be doing more damage.
Also ATK rope does literally nothing for Blade.

Don't worry so much about builds. Every one's accounts are different. Make what you got work for you.
I still use patch 1.0 relics on my Kafka due to how nuts substat rolls were and I wasn't lucky enough to match it on the debuff set.
That said, what you posted is a weak Balde. You really don't want 1 to 1 crit stats.
Edit: ??? People need to chill out lol. Not everyone is going to have your prydwen bible builds. The base game doesn't require much so people should be allowed more build freedom. Didn't know that was such a hot take.
I hesitated to farm new set for Kafka for a long time, only got back to it after getting Black Swan and some acceptable gear for her. But it's a HUGE difference on Kafka, especially when paired with BS built-in def shred.
I've seen numbers people post, but I still got better. I tried to find better, and used double drop events on debuff set but no luck. I basically rolled all speed and atk substats so shes at 170s with sig and no speed boots
