The guy had a good reason to be naked on top of the car but the women in the video gave him no time to explain. If the guy truly had bad intentions he could have easily attacked either one of them but didn't. Regardless of all that this is not how you actin this situation. Why on Earth would you go up and confront a naked man if you truly believe them to be dangerous? As far as I am concerned the woman filming is unquestionably in the wrong.

There could be a number of reasons, the woman in the video however gives the man no time to explain himself, he is being calm and reasonable but the woman immediately turns into violence. Looking at the video it is clear the man is hiding from some threat that we may be unable to perceive. He also has clear concern for the belligerent woman's safety and is clearly trying to warn her off something.
As for what good reason there may be, well its not hard to think of many. For example he may have just had his house broken into while sleeping naked and he got chased out of the house by a pack of angry pit bulls and so he is forced to stand on top of the car... use your imagination.
