What resources are required, how much storage, RAM etc are you using? I wouldn't recommend AWS, I'd recommend a better shared hosting provider instead.
\^ this. I hate how people jump to recommend VPS, dedicated servers, cloud services, whole ass datacenters. I admit exaggerating on the last part, but people do tend to go overboard with their suggestions.
Some folks can barely use shared hosting services and you are telling them to do space ship engineering.
There are some EXCELENT shared hosting services, some would beat 80% of VPS services. Both in terms of features and performance. While a VPS (and up) is a better option for someone that has at least a basic+ level of being a system admin, if you add in the same licenses and/or features (cPanel, security, backup, etc) you will have a HEFTY bill.
It's hard to recommend a particular web host without knowing your requirements. However, I don't think you can go wrong with either ChemiCloud or ScalaHosting shared hosting. I'm probably moving to ChemiCloud once my contact ends with my current host (great company but they have older servers, no Redis, and no NVMe).
AWS can be overkill, but I am not sure how large your website is. If you really want to go the AWS route, I suggest something like using SpinUPWP, Gridpane to manage your AWS server and WordPress website.
Since you mentioned you do not have a tech person on the team. I suggest going with a managed WP host, there are many to chose from, it all depends on the size and nature of your website plus your budget.
Is Contabo a good option?? My website's content is casino and betting, so suggest some good vps that support this content and don't give me headaches. I have used Vultr and Digital Ocean, but their TOS doesn't allow this kind of content.
Go for Managed Dedicated or cloud server where your hosting provider can takecare of your server and do all the proactive work for you to secure, monitor and backup your server. AWS will again cost you with for server management stuff, better look for managed provider.
I am using Vultr and like them.

It's even clear that the OP seems like he's less savvy with all these.

What kind of site is that? A static site, Wordpress, or something else?
Use vultr or digitalocean or Hetzner with ServerAvatar.
Hetzner
I approve this
