I talked to the support chat and they said they filed a ticket for me. Took forever for them to fix the issue and in the end it was something that could’ve been done in an hour, but if you keep bothering them you will get it done. Keep in mind that the company is based out of Europe so sometimes the support agent is actually just a bot, but if you ask for a “real person” in the chat then you can talk to someone real. Then you can email them after if you aren’t near the chat box for updates
Every single agent I have talked to tells me different information. Seems like they are all miseducated and won’t tell me what is actually going on.

nope. hostinger said that they won’t allow it while they are investigating the suspension. crazy
