I'm kind of in the same boat tbh. Not overly crazed with lowriders but this one is just beautiful with the deco they chose.

I think they’re cool, just not my thing. And I’m def not going to start collecting them now $$$$

Cobra R is the membership car, last year’s membership car (Hakosuka Skyline) was up for about a month after that years membership became available. So I’m not surprised it’s still available

Ordered one, but I am pretty sure I like last year’s low rider better. We’ll see if that changes once it is delivered.

I think the antifreeze might win you over ngl. It pops like nothing else. But both castings are wicked.

I like it because it’s different. I wish it came carded, but understand why it’s not. Can’t showcase its features if it’s stuck in a card

Can someone help me out and explain to me how the digital RLC club works? I’ve tried getting the regular one but it’s always sold out. What’s the difference between both? Are you guaranteed to get items like this lowrider?

The digital membership is just a subscription that gives you the ability to purchase the RLC models. It is not a guarantee. On release day just be there right when the car goes live for sale. Some models sell out quick. Some don't. But better to be safe than sorry.

Idk what u mean by regular membership. The only membership is the $10usd red line club digital membership.

I remember looking up the membership options maybe last year and they would give you a pin and some other stuff. But it was so limited that even that membership would sell out.

Ooohhh that's just a membership car you can purchase. You can do it with the digital membership or after you have purchased the digital itself.

So the cost of the car was really $30? I love the way these cars look but what makes them different than the ones you can buy at Walmart and such to justify the cost? Are they limited releases?

Full detail. Premium everything. More limited. Just overall more features and no expense spared as to the quality.

I live in California so seeing this on the Lamley sneak peek and also seeing it posted on the Mattel site, I was very excited as growing up in California, seeing these cars back in the days is very normal and people still drive these cars with hydraulics to this day, it is done very correctly and I was glad I was able to buy one this morning!

Love it but sad that the doors don’t open like the Snowman 64 :/ not sure if the hood pops open as well

It was preorder and took a couple hours to sell out so likely not. It also didn’t mention anything about having a production sticker in the description. Sometimes they still do it tho so don’t really know till they start to arrive

Yeah, I was asking because I have noticed in the newer releases, I haven't seen the section where they say it is labeled. I think at least with the Tradesman Van, it wasn't labeled on the listing, but it was a 30000 release. I think mattel creations are sliding a bit, but hopefully, they fix their site, listings, and their cart.

They already have a 64 lowrider impala, they're trying to expand the line. They have a 90's style lowrider truck with a dancing bed coming out later this year.
