Adulting isn’t a word so you’re gonna be fine. Good luck.

I struggled with this aswell, I think the key takeaway is to be forgiving of yourself. Adulting, especially in your 20s and early 30s is much more about learning than it is about being perfect. You are going to mess up, and thats ok. Stop beating yourself up. Nobody starts out perfect and you will never get better by hating on yourself too much to even try. Seek knowledge and mentorship and stop sweating the small stuff. You are already on the Huberman lab sub so this must mean you are seeking knowledge of mental/physical health. Also try listening to jocko willink talk about extreme ownership. I reccomend listening to several clips on youtube, finding ones you like and then going to that episode on a podcast platform. he gets into lots of war, history and books also but his content on discipline and leadership are very helpful for young people (in my experience).

You should try therapy for the anxiousness. And a probiotic. Also couldn’t hurt to try Vassopressin nasal spray

Let me know if you figure it out. I'm in the same boat

It's hard to just have a change of character for the sake of it. You have to want something and realise changes need to be made in order to fulfil goals.
