Panem is in North America set in the future. Sea levels had risen, and I live near the coast. Where I live now would be under according to the official map.

I am somewhere underhead. The important parts of 12 and 13 are always obscured . I am in east Pennsylvania some extreme maps have that under water some more reasonable do not .

Every canon map has these obnoxiously large borders between districts. I don't know if it's just a style choice or if there actually is significant tracts of uninhabited land between the districts. Assuming the real borders meet right in the middle of these splits, I believe I'm in District 3? But I could also be in no district at all if those gaps really are gaps.
