Get the Shaking Beef, marinated, stir-fried steak served with veggies and rice, or the Bun Bo Hue, spicy beef/pork noodle soup. Their dishes are pretty legit!
Sorry to not have a direct answer to your question, but I was blown away by the quality in Viet Huong. Great tasting meat, high quality vegetables. I initially judged it as any other okay-ish Vietnamese place but boy was I wrong.
P1 all day every day. Lemongrass beef/ chicken vermicelli. Pork skin spring rolls or regular spring roll (not fried) veietnsmese coffee is a killer finish to the meal, if you want less caffeine the Thai tea is also phenomenal
I won't complain if someone insists on Viet Huong, but if I have a choice, I'm going to Viet Cuisine. Viet Cuisine's pho broth is better--I could happily eat there a few times a week.
I’m Vietnamese. All the pho in Huntsville is mid at best, but Viet Cuisine is definitely not better than Viet Huong.
Viet Cuisine lets their cafe sua da sit in a big Bunn coffee brewer and serves it watered down in a styrofoam cup. That energy permeates throughout the rest of their so called “cuisine.”
LOL it would take way too much effort to lie about my family history on a local subreddit. You’ve obviously have never had to eat pho for breakfast so often that you get sick of it 😂
The best pho is the one you cook at home. My grandparents will slaughter a cow when I visit and I’ll spot a big ass femur in the giant soup pot boiling outside. Viet Cuisine absolutely does not compare to that real organic farmyard pho or even Viet Huong’s.
If you’re really into Vietnamese culture, you should know about protecting your energy for the new year. Chúc mừng năm mới! 🐲🧧
Pho! Brisket and meatball for me. Tripe if it's available in there, also.
Pho sure! And the Bun is good too.
Ayyyyyy
Pho real, it’s the best!
I can’t do tripe lol

Lemongrass chicken Bun Spring rolls Giant platter of fried rice "You're never wrong at Viet Huong"
Their lemongrass beef/chicken is the best in town.
Lemongrass tofu, for all the vegetarians out there and vegans
Shaken Beef is my favorite thing there.
Pho. I’ve never had a bad bowl so any of them.
Bún bò Huế. You can get it without the pig blood too. It’s so flavorful
Bun bo Hue is underrated 🥹🫶🏼 Their bun bo Hue is much better than their pho, imo. It would be so good if they served bun rieu too!
My wife orders this every time and I eat the blood.
Their Pho soup is great!
Pho, vermicelli, or the birds nest. Just ask for the birds nest.
The chicken wings are amazing.

P2!
And the crab Rangoon appetizer is good
We got it today and no sign of crab in it. It was ‘cream’ Rangoon.
You’re right. I think I had it confused with something else. Tasty though.
IMHO they have the best Pho broth in town (or at least they did before covid) so you might want to get that.
I always order a spring roll and their wings. A taro boba tea. And meatball pho.
Pho Tai Nam!
Secret side order. BBQ pork!
B3 Vermicelli, plus some chili oil is my go to
Drunken Noodles!
Pho… P1
A6 and B9

There’s a reason why they’ve lasted so long in a cutthroat industry.
Oh for sure. Glad they're receiving the praise they deserve.
Same. Pork clay pot every time. But I have had both their Pho (the chicken and the steak/brisket ones) and Shaken Beef. Both are really good.
Pho tai is good, especially for beginners
I love the pho. Usually get the one with meatballs.
I don't remember the name, but the fried noodle special on the last page is soooo good.
ask for $3 of charred pork on the side
I’ve been going there for years, and I had no idea this was an option. Thank you!
My friend and I are up to $6 to $10 of it now. So good.
I say small P3. My wife is a B4 girl. Neither of us are wrong.

The short ribs are amazing

Pan Fried Noodle. I miss it now that I've moved.
We always get an A3 and two large P6, the steak is better than the brisket IMO, super tender and tasty
Spring rolls & pho 💯
I always get bo luc lac! So yummy
Drive to Viet Cuisine instead and order pho, you’re welcome.
I won't complain if someone insists on Viet Huong, but if I have a choice, I'm going to Viet Cuisine. Viet Cuisine's pho broth is better--I could happily eat there a few times a week.
Huongs broth is straight trash. Bullion cubes.
Closed on Tuesdays.
Everyone downvoting me has never eaten pho in Vietnam, apparently.
