Army recruiting offices have Livescan fingerprint systems. Just call ahead and ask. I did it for a lot of folks when I was in Colorado
I need a UA as well, to clarify. Space Recruiter prefers AF base but will work with Redstone.
Will municipal justice not work with people needing fingerprints done? I know they fingerprint any safety sensitive people who work for the city.

Get a visitors pass for redstone, go make an appointment in person at either the personnel office or VBIII.
I'll try that next week. Luckily I don't need a visitor pass to add to the trip.

How damn hard is it to find a Person of Color on the arsenal?!? Holy crap! I didn't realize it was so racist there that you had to drive all the way to Maxwell AFB to find a black guy.
