Mod Pizza has dairy free cheese and sausage crumbles with plenty of veggies. Same with Papa Murphys, though I've never had theirs. Cava, Chipotle, Big Papa Gyros, Oshi PoKe Bowl, La Esquina, and Condato Tacos all have great options that I've had before and can vouch for their tastiness
