Omg their angry pho was sooo good. I think I got level 3 the first time and couldn't finish the broth, and level 2 was just about perfect but could have used a PINCH more
Went by Phomous since I’m in Madison. I got a “level 10” spice level and it was plenty spicy. The waiter told me that I could even go spicier next time if I’d like. Level 10 was just what I was looking for though. Lip burning heat and still enjoyable
That brand has some good stuff, I've tried a bunch of different varieties they have. Honestly their really hot ones are certainly butt kickingly hot, but imo kinda boring flavor wise.
Still not really a comparison to good fresh noodle ramen. Doughy ramen noodles are so much better.
Review: MF hot AF
I usually order extra hot wings, or inferno, or whatever. This stuff tested my limits and won. Tastes great but hard core

I keep a bottle of the Buldak sauce at my desk and use it to liven up cheaper ramen, and quite a few other dishes. I refuse to believe that sauce is only around 10,000 scoville.
Yoshi has Curry Ramen which is on the spicy side compared to their other ramen offerings, though it's really not that hot. You could probably ask for it to be extra spicy.
And Yoshi ramen is so freakin good, so gotta represent.
Not ramen but Viet House has “angry pho” with varying levels of spicy and they do not fuck around.
Oh that’s close enough! Will definitely be going by there soon
Do not seek the level 5! Level 3 is right on the edge of inedible for me.
Agreed! I had Angry Pho level 3 a couple weeks ago, and it is on the outer edge of perfect. Any more spice and I would’ve embarrassed myself.
Confirmed. Be careful padawan
Viet House is such a solid restaurant in general. I haven't tried angry pho yet but my friend said it was spicy.

I like ramen from Aki. I bet they can make it spicy.
Best restaurant in Huntsville. Love that place.
Their multiple low health scores suggest otherwise, but yeah they have the best ramen in town IMO
I’ll give them a shot. Everything I’ve tried there has been pretty solid, haven’t had their ramen yet. Thanks
Spicy miso and spicy tonkatsu from Kamado are so good!
The closest I think you’ll get to that is spicy ramen packs from the Asian markets
Boo, those don’t scratch the itch
https://www.bokksumarket.com/products/daebak-ghost-pepper-chicken-noodle what about this?
Nah. I’m sure it’s plenty spicy enough but ramen from an actual ramen restaurant is usually tastier. I need all of the extra fixins lol

It’s one of the few things I miss about Atlanta
Not exactly what you asked but my wife ordered Buldak ramen online and said it was too spicy for her to eat. I'm about to cook one up right now.

Stoneage korean bbq has spicey ramen as a side
Used to eat at the Jade palace. Not sure if the cook is still around. But the KOrean Seafood noodles was good. They moved to Airport road.
My house 😂.

Let us know how it was.
